We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe laundry machines were a bit confusing and took 4 or 5 cycles in the dryer before my clothes were completely dry.
The staff greeted me every time I entered or left the hotel and were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and close to hotel amenities like Laundry, vending machines, and the common area. The hotel is also close to shops and restaurants.

GermanyIf you have heavy luggage it is difficult to climb the stairs to the reception. Inside there is a lift. And although it is near the station, with big suitcase, the hotel seems sooo far away.
The double bed was a little bit small, but okay. There was also a small refrigerator. This could be useful in summer. Good value for money, friendly service staff, gladly again.

Ireland- Having to leave your key at Reception - Sadly, the bicycle I rented ended up puncturing (I've been renting bikes all over Japan for about 3 years and this is the first time it happened)...and no others were available... - No coffee or tea sachets freely available
