“This hotel location was very convenient as there are shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance.
The staff were very helpful in offering information as to which restaurant is better etc. We initially booked 2 ondol rooms (Korean beds means sleeping on the hard floor) but after 3 nights one of my friends who has back issues asked if we could change to normal rooms and the hotel staff said they were full therefore can't offer us a change of room but will bring us additional mattresses. The next morning, their Assistant Manager who heard about our issue, came and offered us two twin sharing rooms for the final 2 nights. That made our stay alot more comfortable.”
