The room had a funny smell. I hope for the next guest they clean the bathroom and bedrooms better. The view was very limited.

The staff were welcoming and were extremely helpful. They were very kind.

Bed room shower toilet unclean, very poor,I had to ask for bath towel. Not to clean the floor bathroom, windows and others. I like to visit again but expecting bit better cleanness before I will take the room, but I will not book or pay advance. look and then Book.

The toilet is not modern. The shower is not good too weak No need for walls for the shower. Ketion must not be inside the sleeping area. bath towels are not enough. Cleaning service too weak. Really, I will not come again with Bravo.

Room pictures are very deceiving Beds needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. Also, I paid for sea view. I got a partial sea. Don't get the sea view option. Not worth the price.

The hotel is not clean. I don't know who cleans it but they are doing very very bad job. The shower walls and handles haven't been cleaned for years. The kitchen area cupboards were filthy dirty and so was the fridge and fridge door. The walls by bed were dirty discusting. I had to ask for cleaning products so I can clean the dirt and mould on walls and everything else. Same with hoovering, they don't hoover, jus take the bed and go.

I particularly liked the staff Alaa who helped me a lot while I stayed. First room given on arrival was very bad. However Staff changed it for me the next day to a better room. Location was good and flexible staff.

room was in bad shape of maintenance damaged items(curtain,ac ventilation,toilet set) as a Muslim it's important to me that the toilet seat does not have the same direction of QIBLA or opposite , it should either left or right I almost fell down while walking out from the toilet(no door mat)

Early check in without any extra payment AC was really good and cold location of the hotel was in the middle of every location I'm visiting and every basic needs like cold stores or fast food was near by

Mattress was rock stiff!! I could here the tiniest sounds from within the hotel walkways or neighboring rooms. No access cards, bulky old accesa keys! TV is not watchable, picture quality reminds me of old RF! Furniture is old and consumed. Shower not properly isolated. No microwave. No utensils or kitchenware at all, despite a nice electric built-in cooking range is there (logically one cannot cook with kitchenware!). Refrigerator isn't well accessible, its door cannot be fully open/extended.

Good location, relatively quiet, very close to many facilities. Nice view. Friendly staff. Relatively low priced.

the bathroom was not comfortable: the shower area is too small; the washing sink is very high and not stable. it was not easy to get rid of the spilled water after washing or using the sink; cleaning of the room is not conducted regularly; only upon request and not enough hygienic; still remains of previous tenants are clearly seen around the room.

It was good and located near several required services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and well-ventilated.

Peaceful stay. Ok with absolutely no dining or eating facilities. You need to depend on Talabat. Ok for a few days stay.

There is no noise isolation, you can hear the noise from the room next to you. No one cleaned our room during the 4 nights stay, or at least asked if we needed cleaning (if cleaning is upon request only, it should have been explained upon check-in). We ordered food delivery and kept the trash outside the room and no one collected the trash til the next day. Everything is provided upon request only even the basics such as kettle, iron/iron board, toilet paper. The receptionist was hardly talking during the check-in process. Shower in the bathroom is leaking. Pillows are not comfortable, they are too thick and high. Room is old and AC was noisy.

We were supposed to shorten our stay due to several issues we faced on our first night. Fathima assisted us, and provided what we needed (which were missing in the room) so we decided to stay according to our booking plans. Location is good, very close to restaurant street and the sea side. Had a partial view of the sea from the room.
