You need to drag your whole luggage crossing the ski slope. Bell boy will assist you partially and the rest you need to do by yourself.

there is no safe box in the room. no one explained us about the property, so before check out we had have found out about some facilities. some information we were pulling out from staff, and could not get a proper answer. Some staff doesn’t know what time the restaurant is closed and they were a bit cold so we felt uncomfortable to ask them extra questions. also I’ve been promised to get a birthday compliment for my husband’s bday in the room but it hadn’t been delivered. which upset me a bit

location, the idea, concept everything is done with high standards. lady (hostess) from Georgian and Italian restaurant, who makes reservations and meet guests on Enterance, thank you very much. you saved my husband’s birthday. thank you all staff from Italian restaurant, I appreciate your hard work 👏. room has almost all you need (toothbrush, slippers etc) for comfortable stay. nature is incredible. we were woken up by squirrel in the window. thank you to the gentlemen who was chatting on booking platform and to the gentleman who is working with snow tubing in lesnaya Skazka.

With a lot of guests they are not able to provide proper transport to the rooms. Music in restaurants some times like in night club. Some guests are drinking a lot of alcohol and making a noise. there are no area designate for family. Especially in the evening too loud.

First, My family really likes this accommodation. This is the third visit, but this time I want to talk about the problem of the restaurant. I received guidance about 15% discount of restaurant from booking.com. but I didn't actually receive any discounts so far. The restaurant staff said it is not available. (Then he asked me to show me the discount card. I didn't hear any information about this when I checked in.) and than I ask to reception, and she also said i can’ get discount during the accommodation, so AGAIN i ask about it to official Whatapp and booking.com they said i can!! However, even at the last moment of checkout, the receptionist said that restaurant discounts were not available. The communication between the staff is terrible. Please look forward to better service next time you visit.

Restaurants are still the biggest issue for Lesnaya Skazka. Quality in the two main restaurants (Italian and Georgian) is good, but the service is awful. Other restaurants are off very bad quality (especially, the burger house - the smell is so bad that one cannot even walk alongside) or just closed. In all restaurants, one will face big queues and lost orders. We arrived at 21:40, and at the check in, receptionist said is that room service would be available 24x7. But when we tried to order some food for our kids at 10pm, they said is that everybody at the kitchen was already sleeping and nobody could even prepare fresh salad or French fries or pizza or bread with butter - nothing! They just offered to heat remaining steaks (for kids). Next day, we ordered a pizza and tea for kids to sauna. After two hours, they said that nobody even started preparing our order because they forgot about it. And again - no excuses, no compliments, no simple sorry!

Overall, this resort provides exceptional time spending. The surroundings, the landscape, the variety of activities...

I got my room at Ak Tas Hotel (with balcony) at 3 rd floor. In the room unable to open the curtain fully to see the outside view from the room. Probably it was due to the shape of the structure. So i think it will be better to have a room either in 1 st or 2nd floor instead of top floor.

Amazing view of the surrounding area. Fully covered by snow everywhere(visited 1 st week of December). Front office staff behaved well. Some front office staff speak in English which is rare available not only in the hotel but in that country(Kazakhastan). Had a good breakfast in their luxurious Kazakh yurt. All the staff in that restaurant(Ak-Aul) was very well behaved though it was very difficult to communicate with them without a translator in the smart phone since most of them do not understand English. The cable car ride also very enjoyable. Had a very enjoyable walk after our dinner even the temparature was outside at around minus 12 degree or less...So calm and peaceful it was in the night. Wi Fi is available not only in the room but everywhere in the entire area of the resort. The balcony was with table and chair.
