How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All in all, not a bad hotel but definitely not great value for money. Location isn't the best and so is the breakfast. Beds are comfy, they have a nice small gym and a pool and helpful staff, apart of that nothing to really recommend here.

They didn't have air conditioning, so a bit hot in the room.
It's a nice hotel and there are plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. They have a restaurant and bar at the top of the building with great views of the mosque. Nice staff and great breakfast, and they have parking.

People smoking inside the lobby which made the dinning experience a bit uncomfortable.
Excellent location, very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was spacious and very nice. Staff was amazing and caring especially Ghizlaine in the front desk as well as all the concierges, they called me by my name every time.

The rooms and bathrooms look to be recently done and very comfortable. Wifi may sometimes be spotty but it was fine. Room service slow but good quality

The room is still relatively small. If you have two large luggages , there is no place to open them.
Overall service is very good. Breakfast is rich.

Can’t fault anything
Really nice stay here, rooms were spacious and clean and the rooms have a great view. Location is convenient too being a short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had dinner there one evening. The food was not to our liking I'm sorry to say.
Clean and well maintained, staff was helpful and friendly and the spa and staff was excellent.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff in a great location in Casablanca. It is close and walkable (10-15 mins) to many sites. Many great restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet is great.

The minibar did not work.
Very nice hotel, in the center of Casablanca (very good location). Breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel was modernised recently, I think. Everything is new inside. Staff was very nice.

(1) (- -) Horrible food in the hotel restaurant. We tried pizza & pasta here. Absolutely don’t recommend it. There are much better options available in a walking distance. Comment to the hotel representative: please consider changing your Chef or menu the restaurant. Also, please use bottled water for making tea. The tea we ordered has a wierd taste of tap water. (2) (-) Staff are trying their best but they have limited knowledge of English and we have almost no knowledge of French, unfortunately. (3) (-+) Generally hotel has a quite old school vibe. PS: I’ve seen in other views people we considering Starbucks nearby to be a strong advantage. In reality there are lots of local coffee shops around. E.g. I would suggest to try Bondi Coffee Kitchen place. Really good coffee here.
(1) (+++) Selected this hotel because they have in-door swimming pool which is available and warm even in January. The pool is really nice. (2) (++) Availability of spa: massage and hammam. Unfortunately for extra charge but it is predictable. (3) (++) Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Daily cleaning. (4) (++) There was a safe in the room for keeping valuable belongings. (5) (++) Good breakfast with variety of options. (6) (+) Nice hotel lobby where you can spend some time. (7) (+) Stable wifi.

Location is far away from the bay than we expected. The day we stayed hotel had the party on 16tg flour and music was too loud

Needed to wait number of hours fir our adjoining room to be opened. Despite making multiple requests. The Tv didn't work and needed to be fixed by housekeeping.
The rooms were well appointed, and the rooftop pool was a bonus. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby.

The service is fantastic in the hotel. Also the hotel is located in quite good part of the city (clean and bit more quiet), we had also amazing view.

The heating was a bit too much for me, made me uncomfortable as I was very hot and couldn’t sleep at night. Although staff explained it was winter and had heating on in rooms
The steak and fish at the restaurant was the best I’ve had. Well seasoned and good portions. Room was clean and th hotel smelled nice. Bathroom was clean as well
