Rooms weren’t cleaned every day, and cleaners often didn’t turn up before 3pm. Breakfast plentiful but not all items were good. Bacon undercooked, scrambled eggs overcooked.

The King bed was very comfortable. 5 out of 5. The pull out couch bed which our daughter slept on was rather hard, may need an upgrade. The front reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and we loved the deck. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The bath over the shower was not a good set up as the water did not drain well whilst having a shower so you were standing in a pool of water. There was no fan and really the window which opened onto the corridor was not appropriate.

The staff did not tell us why it is not wise to swim on the beach - no one swam on the beautiful and clean beach. While we had heard from one local, that there had been recent shark attacks, they confirmed yes that it was wise to swim at a nearby beach with a safety net.

Garden needed love. No back up genie's, had no power for over 8 hours, thought a Hilton would have back up genie's. No room service. Pool was tiny.

Gunther at the front desk was OUTSTANDING. He went above and beyond, where as some were very arrogant. Food was delicious.

Our room was located on level 1, just above the pool (lotsa noisy kids screaming at times) It was also just above the terrace restaurant and gym. we could hear the rain thumping on the canvas roof, as well as a full dose of any live entertainment that was performed in the restaurant The building was a steel structure and we could hear lots of thumping - I would imagine the overgrown adult children in the room above stomping backwards and forwards quite loudly at times

View - we could see the trees blowing in the wind, we were down low so not much view or vista. We could see the pool (1 level above it), we could see the canvas canopy covering the terrance restaurant. Hotel Location was great as it was just on Anse Vata beach, but it was a fair hike to the local Auchan supermarket, and not a nice walk to the city centre/markets. Fair walk around to Lemon Bay The room was spacious and comfortable, we had a dining table, sofa and a kitchen as well as 2 rooms (one with ensuite). The wifi included was superb in the room, but ordinary outside it

This was our second stay but was only for one night as we were flying home the next day, wish we had stayed longer.

No bar on the premises, but L'Etrave was nearby and they were always open when I felt like a beer. The gym was a bit hard to find, and its easy to mistake the women only exercise areas by the pool as the Gym, would be nice to access a Gym in the pool area.

Great location, Anse Vata bay is a great area and its very easy to navigate to, plus Citrons bay around the point has some great eateries and within easy walking distance. Had a great family room with breakfast included and we slept well and started the day well, and ended it even better as we were blessed with some beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Will definitely stay if we're fortunate to be in Noumea again.

The kitchen could have been better appointed. Very limited gym access. we had a great deal of trouble with transfers from this hilton to the ilot maître Hilton. I think complimentary shuttles between Hiltons would be a thing?

The view was wonderful. The room very comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and the products supplied very nice.

Well maintained, great location, great staff, spacious self-contained rooms with vast ocean views. Daily housekeeping. Easy parking onsite. Good shops in the hotel and near to excellent patisserie (L’Atelier Gourmand). Easy walk to Lemon Bay. Anse Vata beach is beautiful.

For the size of the hotel, the pool was small and did not have many deck chairs or shade.

Rooms were spacious, each room had its own air-conditioning and balcony looking out to the ocean. Beds were comfy. Washing machine was a bonus. Very central location, close to shops and restaurants.

all bedding was feather, I had to discard all and have replaced as I have an allergy to feathers - I wasn't expecting feather bedding in a tropical climate. Pillows were too high, too hard

3pm check in kind of sucks but maybe that's normal these days! Pool area didn't seem to have access to grab a cold drink despite a restaurant space on the same level close by. Possible to Byo I guess.

The location of the property was fantastic, close to shops, cafes and beach. The 3 bedroom deluxe apartment with ocean view was also a great pick, good size, great view and facilities were very good. Car parking was easy Beds were comfortable and air conditioning system worked very well. Very clean property and well presented staff.

staff said we would get 10% discount on restaurant if we signed up to loyalty programme, which we did, no discount applied, emailed after to ask for refund, they said provide bank details, which i did, then they said can only apply a credit for next stay valid 6 months. So I would say all that left a very sour taste in my mouth. I wont be back.

The shower was a bit old school. It was a shower over the bath. For someone who struggles with mobility it might be a little harder, maybe unsafe for them to be stepping in and out of a bath tub to shower.

The location was perfect. Away from the main hustle and bustle but easy enough to take a stroll down to the main bay. The rooms were lovely. Very spacious and the beds are super comfy. The view from the room was amazing!

Very tired looking. The appliances were ancient and the utensils etc in the kitchen were either missing or not clean. The beds were average. Door knobs falling off, broken outdoor chair, very uninviting pool, breakfast buffet below average.

Location was nice. Staff were excellent, some of the nicest reception staff I have ever encountered.
