The location was really nice, it took a nice short walk straight to the city centre. The accommodation was really nice and comfy for a reasonable price and the staff was helpful, communicative and nice :).

I came here in summer and the hostel didn't have air condition so a bit hot but you can open the window to flow the air however it come with noise

The location was great but during my stayed even 1 night it had construction near by so a bit noisy. Anyway all staffs are great with warm welcome and helpful

Bunker beds are wobbly. Curtains could be thicker to ensure darkness in the room.

First time in a hostel for many years. Stayed in the 14 bed mixed dorm. All good, clean and safe. A cage provided to keep bags. Staff helpful and friendly. Had a good basic breakfast, with coffee and juice..

We had a great stay at a great rate so I highly recommend ROOM. Maybe some fruit with breakfast might have been a good addition.

Staff were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, this really made an impact on the quality of our stay. Sam and the team shared their enthusiasm for Rotterdam with great tips, suggestions and guidance. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of things, near the water taxi! and easy to walk to great spots along the water. The room was lovely, high ceilinged in one of the few pre-war buildings in the city.

I could just point out that certain beds make a lot of noise when someone is climbing! But not too annoying!

The location is central and easy to reach by bus or on foot. The facility is well-equipped and nicely decorated. Other guests were polite and respectful toward common spaces.

The acoustic insulation is not very good, so if you are afraid of traffic and neighbour noises, it won't please you. But that's really the only downside to an overall very good stay.

Location is great to discover the city, just close to the Erasmus Bridge. The breakfast has overexceeded our expectations and is a great deal. The hostel's personel was very helpful and friendly and the hostel itself is well decorated and felt like a big home. The kitchen is well furnished and convenient. The common room was really cosy. That's where you have breakfast and where you can be served good tap beer.

There was a horrible smell from the drain. Probably a pluming problem going on because the water pressure was low and it took a lot of time for the water to go down the drain. We were looking forward to use the laundry room but weren't able to. There is only one washing machine and one dryer (And the dryer takes hours per load).

1. A lack of space like a side table for every person at a room. When I've arrived all of available ones were occupied. 2. A lack of shelf in a shower to put a shower gel/own cosmetics. 3. water temperature control was problematic and no hand shower.

I liked interior design. A location near the Central Railway station was very comfortable. Personel was super nice and helpful!!!

The room is quite small for four people but if you don’t intend to spend a lot of time there, it is a good option.

The breakfast was great, we got a lot of food for 5€ and we were really satisfied with it and also with the price of beer. Moreover, the location of the hostel is perfect, close to all of the sightseeing sites.

Superb location! Amazing friendly people. Very helpful staff. The common room doubles as a bar/cafe to public so it is always full of interesting people happy to chat with a happy atmosphere. Breakfast was ideal and delicious

My bed wasn't exactly clean, but that might be a single incident. The shared men's bathroom, on the other hand, was clean most of the time. It would be great, however, to have at least a sink in your own room. The hostel is quite expensive: I payed around 30€/night off-season for a 14-people (!) mixed dorm. Furthermore, there's not much of an atmosphere, I met very few people compared to other places - which, to be fair, might be due to the fact that there aren't that many backpackers travelling to Rotterdam.

The staff is very nice and helpful, you can ask them anything. They also organise activities like pasta night. Hostel Room is basically well-equipped, with a kitchen, shared bathrooms and a big living room that's very comfortable. It's great that they have curtains on the beds for some privacy. Biggest advantage: The central location, close to the port, Erasmusbrug and the city center.
