The only down side was the underbench fridge ran very cold and froze a few things overnight

Excellent location to airport, shops and the centre of Queenstown. Detour around the block for entry was extremely well described and easy to follow and the off street parking in a garage was a bonus. Apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable, offering stunning views of Frankton Arm.

The view is beautiful. The location is convenient. But it’s on a hill. You have to walk uphill every time you go back.

Loved having a view of the lake from our studio. A clean, warm and spacious room and bathroom, which has been nicely updated. The onsite manager was friendly and the parking was appreciated. The location is great, a beautiful walk along the lake from town.

The only thing my partner and I didn't like was during our stay at the place, there were roadworks right in front of it. Other than that, the location, room and view is beautiful. When it is full the car park is a bit small.

The view from our room is amazingly beautiful. There is a daily housekeeping services included. You wake up and have a nice hot coffee or chocolate outside your room is a perfect relaxation moment for me. The location of the place is perfect. Less than 5mins driving or 15mins walking to the town centre of Queenstown and to the airport. The location is very accessible.

Our schedule did not allow for more than one night's stay.

Spacious room with heated floors in the bathroom 👍👏 that was also spacious. Comfy bed. Large windows made the space nice and bright. The location was a short 10 minute walk (mostly) along the water to the downtown area. We appreciated Kyle's information and suggestions for activities in the area. We appreciated being forewarned about the road construction in the area and the alternative route we needed to follow.

Undercover access to the parking would have been helpful when it was raining.

The room had exceptional views. Just spectacular views over the lake with the mountains in the background. We were able to walk to the wharf and restaurants and the location to catch the bus for Milton Sound. The room was very clean, the kitchen easy to work in with the crockery and cutlery in good condition. The table and chairs on the verandah were clean and comfortable and enabled us to relax outside and take in a bit more of the gorgeous views. There is ample car parks under the accommodation. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and the view impressive.

absolutely no reflection on the facility, but the loud road works outside that started at 5:30, 6am, were not a welcome addition.

The constant roadworks outside - made it difficult to approach property by foot (footpath blocked) and for a shuttle pick up - I had to move my gear to another accommodation location. This is not the fault of the accommodation provider.

Very friendly. Very roomy. Ordinarily (without the constant roadworks) a great location - close but far enough away from Queenstowns hustle and bustle for a peaceful stay. Great views.

The staff were lovely especially the lady at reception (apologies I wish I had gotten her name) The room we had been given was fabulous! We loved the stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountain and also the spacious room, bed, amenities and the location was up the road from town. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit steep walking back to the property’s main entrance as we can’t take the main road due to roadworks but it didn’t bother us as it was good exercise and a nice walk with a view.

Close to town and the view was nice and relaxing to walk by the lake and to the garden. The place was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. We also appreciate they get the trash and make the beds every day.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The view over Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains was stunning. The studio apartment was sleek and clean and very cosy. The location was quiet and only a 2km walk into the heart of the city.
