Breakfast at 9.00am was a little disappointing. Scrambled egg was very watery and cold, as were the sausages/kielbasa. Better heating elements are needed to keep cooked food hot.

The staff speaks mostly polish, a very little english/german, but we managed to communicate somehow and alltogether the stay at Hotel Horda was great. A little bit noisy room, as we could hear some snoring during the night.

Very good location, nice restaurant, extensive menu, delicious food for great price. The breakfast was very nice as well, something for everyones taste. The room was spacious and clean! Stayed here previously and all is good everytime!

The problem was staff.they were unfriendly and unhelpful. The receptionist wanted me to come to them directly and not through booking.com. I refused. I had some requests through booking.com they ignored.showe

Very poor breakfast offering. 6 different types of ham but no plant-based milk or other options for lactose intolerant or vegans.

Location was good and staff were excellent. We arrived late in the night and all went smoothly.

The lightbulbs used are a bit too weak for me. It is too difficult to see.

People who were on shift in the evening 21 December were very friendly and nice. Bathroom was comfortable enough, room was nice and quiet. Enough sockets for all phones and a computer, and in comfortable places!

We got the room above the restaurant outside area and the smoke of the cigarettes was entering the room, where we were staying with our 2 years old son. So was the noise of people at the restaurant. But we were alowed to check-in earlier than we should, so appreciate it. The water in the swimming pool was freezing, but clean, which is great. The shower didn't work properly. The mattresses should be changed, as they are in a realy poor condition, but again - the price of the stay was not too high.

Was advised during booking that dogs need to be in rooms with Garden access. Paid additionally for garden access room to discover on our arrival that the 'garden' is a small stone patio with no access to walk the dog ect. The hotel looks tired and the patio was covered in cigarette ash.

Hotel is situated close to the motorway so easy one night stop.

I have visited this hotel for last 10 years, some weare and tear in showers, bed pillows not very comfy for me personally (too big and hard) however others in my group seem to be ok with that.
