“The hospitality and service provided by Hotel Appenzell exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our special requests as we travelled with our infant. Their rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The staff were always there to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Excellent breakfast and I would definitely recommend to stay at this property for its location and service.”

“I was recommended this hotel by a relative who lives locally. The bedroom I stayed in was a good size, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was small but perfectly adequate. We ate at the hotel on one evening and the food was great. Great quality, very tasty and good portion sizes. The staff I encountered were all lovely and very helpful. I would happily return,”

“The house staff were friendly and informative. The property itself is dated but it is very well maintained and the room was quiet and comfortable. I chose to stay in one of the larger rooms facing the rear courtyard and it was as billed - quiet. I stayed another two nights!”
