    “Good size room, felt a bit smaller because the bed is enormous and comfortable. Our room had also a small balcony. Only one kilometre from Bran castle, yet in a quiet and elevated position that allows to view the castle. The main shorter access is a bit steep, but there's a secondary access that is more suitable for lower cars.”

    “We have just had the best time staying at Casa de Vis - we were sad to leave! The property is SO comfortable it was like a home away from home and the hosts were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The property has its own entrance and outdoor seating area and you can park your car either outside or inside the gates. It is situated on a quiet road so isn't noisy but it's an easy drive (5 minutes) into the Old Town of Brasov. You can also walk into the Old Town in about 20 minutes. There is a shop for groceries just a couple of minutes walk away and the property's location makes day trips out of Brasov in the car so easy. It was spotlessly clean and has a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and all the utensils you need to cook if you wish. There are so many nice touches like fresh flowers on the table in the outdoor seating area that were regularly replaced, a selection of coffees and milk, extra towels and bedding and you can watch Netflix and use the Wi-Fi. The hosts are very responsive and happy to stop and chat when you see them. They also gave us good advice on things to see and some of the history of Romania! We highly recommend this property and when we return to Brasov we will only stay at Casa de Vis - it really is perfect in every way!”

    “The rooms were very nicely decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The property was in an excellent position. The host couldn’t do enough for me and was very responsive to any questions that I had. She truly went above and beyond and I will definitely be staying there the next time I visit Braşov.”

    “A very authentic, cozy, functional and perfectly located place in Brasov old town. I particularly liked that there is a small kitchen, a dining room and a terrace that you can use any time. Easy to reach from the train station by bus. I'll definitely come back when next time in Brasov.”

    “Safrano Palace is perfectly situated right on the main square in the town and is well named. The room was beautifully clean, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast boasted an array of food stuffs fit for a count … or a boyard! But best of all Ionuț and Camillia were so helpful. Ionuț filled us in on the gaps in our historical knowledge (woeful and considerable as we do not study much at home about Central and Eastern Europe unfortunately - something which as part of the EU we really should address). I can only say that you will have a wonderful stay in this beautiful old Saxon town - and thee are still some 900 people of Saxon descent living here).”
