The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times, whether in bars, restaurants, water activities, etc., helping us with transport to and from the airport, and they allowed us to have a two-hour 'late check-out' free of charge, as our flight was in the late afternoon.
The dives, sailings and even tours scheduled with the partner company were all very good, organized, punctual and careful.
Overall, one of the best 'all inclusive' hotels in terms of value for money that we've ever been to.”
“Lyn is extremely accommodating, friendly, polite and helpful. We had an issue with lost property in a taxi and she was more than happy to assist us to get the items back within an hour. We were also given a ride to the ferry terminal for a small fee. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again.”
“Villa Beach Cottages is a fantastic place to stay. It has the facilities of a hotel and self catered apartments all in one, so you have the flexibility to decide what sort of holiday you want. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has some great drivers they work with who you can book for tours or to go to local restaurants (I recommend the Pink Plantation for lunch). The hotel is right on the beach and it is a beautiful sandy beach with great views of the sunset, there is also a pool and jacuzzi. There is not much around the hotel in walking distance so a car or taxis are needed for most things.”

The welcome and care given by our hosts was was amazing and we left feeling we had made new friends. The lovely pool, where we watched hummingbirds feed from the flowers, was a bonus.”

“My sister and I stayed at Stephens place for 12 days in the month of December 2023. During that time we came to think of Stephen and his family as our second family. They were available whenever we needed assistance with anything, from taxis to locations we should go to and the tricks to getting around in St. Lucia. I particularly loved that they kept our apartment clean in the most discrete way. Everything we needed was available in the apartment and if it wasn’t they made it available for us. We felt safe the entire time and Stephen did daily check ins with us to make sure that all was well. We were no more than 5 mins away from Castries so for us the location was ideal as we could access the local bus system. I have no complaints. 10/10 experience. Will return.”
“Location is pretty good, close to a lot of places worth visiting as well as shops and beaches. Sandals resort is literally across the road with a great quiet beach.
Lovely view, balcony is a fantastic place to relax in the evening and have breakfast to start your day.
