    “The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The stuff was friendly and professional as I arrived around 10pm and the concierge was able to make good recommendations on food to eat. (He noted that we may not be comfortable eating spicy food upon arrival to Chengdu hence he recommended us a restaurant selling 猪蹄汤 which we enjoyed very much, unfortunately we didn’t get his name but we will always remember the good service) also the breakfast was excellent! Will definitely come back here again.”

    “Clean hotels, but all the staff could not understand English. It's hard to communicate and had a problem between booking online when check-in. No information for the tourists such as how to travel by the public transportation. All information is Chinese.”

    “The hotel is exquisite and full of oriental feel. The wood and craving was artistically beautiful and the room is clean. I enjoyed free upgrade so the room has one king and 2 single which is more than enough for me and my parents. The aircon temperature can very controlled so it’s very good for my old aged parents. The garden at level one can be used for meals and sitting down to relax. I have my dinner made in the hotel too. The dinner were good too.”
