“The staff really ruined my stay. They triple charged my card -- leaving me 500 dollars out of pocket, and I had to have multiple follow ups to reverse their own mistaken transactions. The manager was even more incompetent and dismissive than the staff making the mistake, offering no apologies or even appearing to feel responsible for the situation. I am really appalled but the number of mistakes made on billing, and the unhelpfulness of staff overall. Will never stay again and really recommend to AVOID.”
