    “Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting with the service, they were super attentive from the moment we stepped in. The manager of the hotel, Mr. Brian, took the time to check on us, ensured we were taken care of on our departure day (our flight was late in the day, and were able to take a shower before our flight, plus invited us drinks at the rooftop bar, and we even got a nice goodbye gift). The rooftop bar and pool were the perfect break in between sightseeings, and the spa service was a plus to end our days. Everything in the hotel looked like new, the room had a good size, and the bed was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet was also super delicious.”

The staff really speaks english (in other hotels it was not so obvious unfotunately), is very helpful and kind, always smiling :) we bought with them the trip for one day to Ninh Binh in very good price.”
