    “This is a brand-new property. It is not a hotel but a private apartment with a private kitchenette inside the room. It is clean. The air conditioning is working well (This is important as now is summer in Hanoi). The wifi is strong. It has a small fridge. The hot water is working well. The hosts Ha and Na are so welcoming and friendly. It feels great to stay here after days in the bustling Old Quarter. The property is a short walk from the lake so it is great to have an afternoon walk to watch the locals and enjoy the lake.”

    “Best hotel in the area, hands down! The rooms are lavish and have everything one could need. Beware of the check in time, though. We landed early and the staff could not accommodate an early check-in. However, Ping Pong Cafe nearby was the best option and their Coconut Coffee was out of the world! Definitely a must-visit in my opinion.”

    “Favourite place i stayed in hanoi!!! my friends and i booked the apartment for a really good price and absolutely loved this place:) the staff were really nice and welcoming and the apartment itself was soo clean and aesthetic. It was a really big space for the 3 of us either 2 rooms, 2 toilets and a living area. Location wise is perfect!!!! when u step out of the lobby, you are surrounded by cafes and food shops that opens 24H even!”

    “Nothing, It was a bad experience with the property and wouldn't visit ever and won't even recommend to anyone... It was just a Towel got dirty and We were immediately charged 266+ VND for dirty towel. We requested water bottle, that was also refused saying we only delivery 1. I requested normal water. Even on reception, I had to wait and then ask if someone can offer water to drink. They served but when we asked after waiting..... It was such a bad experience and gesture - Not at all worth - Won't recommend anyone to visit and stay.”
