“the room was big but not even sufficient blankets were provided. the property is located near by bus stand and railway station . so it is convenient to get public transport. but environment is not that good. it is in the center of the market and wine shops. so people travelling with family can think twice before choosing it.”

I have taken room no 107 for 2 days from 10th may to 12th May .
I have came early to take the room we have landed early than expected and approached the receptionist (who feels like Manager) he alloted 1 already vacated room
He told u people get into this room once house keeping team will come they will clean and give you. When I asked them later they told they won’t do now and given false information .Then I realised better to keep quiet than arguing with these waste people .
Later we see that Tv also not working properly half of the screen is completely blank and not able to see any picture on that and majority times faced network issue they accepted to change the Tv when we asked in the morning but later they again passed false information and as well as he is arguing with me and shouting on customers unnecessarily.
Hot water also came only after 8 pm .
Room is also worst with not cleaned properly before and walls were completely outburst and not in good condition.
Please take appropriate action on this Guys immediately as we can see there is a lot of formal complaints on receptionist in Google maps Review .
If you did not take action immediately on him then we will write complain on consumer court on hotel and as well as Oyo
