Sometimes the staff during breakfast time forgot certain orders or got orders mixed up especially if they were orders for coffee. Also suggest having more milk alternative products since a lot of people have a lactose intolerance now so having oat milk and coconut milk for coffees and for cereals/muesli.

Great breakfast, good location and amazing facilities I used the gym, steam/sauna and pool - everything was very nicely maintained. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were impeccable every day I returned to the room.

The place exceed our expectations clearly and is magnificent place. Special mention goes to staff in Lounge, Mr Sahil and Ms. Deora. They took extremely good care of us. Really fantastic time.

Parking and getting the vehicle back is a task.. i had to wait nothing i my less than 30 min to get my car back from parking and at around 12am at night! Dinner buffet could have been better.. non veg items were mostly blank in taste

Room can have some USB ports for charging. Hotel can have a way to buy a local Indian SIM card for convenience of foreign travelers

The first night dinner at Citrus, one of their restaurants we had not so good experience. Even with very few people the wait time was high and also needed multiple requests even for one bread.

Beautiful property with great design. Its proximity to great local food place and shops. The staff were generally very helpful with everything. Property also had great amenities in terms of the fitness center, spa, pool and great restaurants.

The kitchenette didn't have plates, bowls and cutlery and so we had to keep asking the butler or room service to give us things. In the other room there were issues where the room service cleaned the room when the do not disturb/private sign was on. There was some construction/renovation going on as well so was a bit noisy.

It was great that we were given a personal butler for the second room we booked and he helped get us a much bigger room than expected. He was on whatsapp and we could ask him anything and it was arranged. We got a room with a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom with wardrobes and a big bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. They even arranged for a private performance of a local folk dance which was amazing. The in room service and food are amazing too.

Exceptional property right at the heart of Bangalore city. The greenery around is a different vibe. Loved loved loved the ambiance, staffs great! They are so courteous . I loved everything about Leela palace and it’s my 3rd visit here to stay. And citrus is my fav to dine in , Been my go to place since years

I feel bad after such a good experience but feel it important to give some constructive feedback as well. We went to a late lunch at the Citrus restaurant and while the staff were very good ( an ultimately the manager after we complained ) we sat for almost 20 minutes before we asked for menus, we then ordered wine and waited another 10 minutes or so to be told the wine we ordered was not available , soooooo we chose another very expensive wine and waited another 10 minutes, so overall waited around 40 minutes before we had a drink !!! Once served the wine and food was excellent and the manager responded well and provided a free desert.

Overall the experience was better than expected, whilst we always planned to splash out on our last night in India, the staff, the facilities, the dining options were outstanding. The room was superb and we enjoyed most of the overall experience.

Traffic around the hotel was bad and the distance was quite far from the airport .

Guest service was very slow - we had to make three phone calls and wait 45 minutes before we received a bathrobe and slippers.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely gardens around the property. Our room was clean, bright and gorgeous overlooking the gardens. All the staff are incredibly warm - from the front desk staff to the staff in the restaurants. The choice of different food and cuisine is out of this world! There is a lovely scent of tuberose throughout the property.

There was some construction noise that was very audible in my room during the day. The noise started late and and ended early so it did not disturb my sleep.

The Leela Palace is such a beautiful property. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurants and bars were great. The ZLB23 Speakeasy was a great surprise.
