  “Great place to stay in a very quiet area of Lampang. I had three room without ensuite bathroom. It was downstairs, but no problem for me. The staff was hardly speaking English but we managed to communicate with a translation app. The breakfast was very good. I was able to use a bicycle to go around in the city. Getting b my laundry done did cost 100 Baht.”

  “The pool was fabulous, we swam in the evening and again in the morning, and with no other guests (it's for guests only), it felt luxurious. The cabin/chalet is very nice, comfy bed, hot hot shower, nice kitchenette, space to hang things, good blinds for blocking the light, and big fridge. The aircon was powerful! It's right on the river too, which is great. We met Tudtu in the morning and she was just lovely, a very kind person.”

  “Kanecha’s home is really well situated in the local neighbourhood, minutes walk to the two walking street markets and loads of excellent restaurants. The room we stayed in was perfectly appointed, cool and comfortable. Shower and bathroom more than adequate. Actually, the online photos of this place don’t do it justice. The riverside location and outdoor communal area is much more appealing than I expected it to be. Laundry service was excellent and well priced. Great coffee available in the shop at the front of the property. Our hire car was able to be securely parked out the front of our room. Fabulous massage across the street and we had breakfast each morning at their recommended Kao Soi Islam restaurant a mere five minutes walk away. I very much recommend staying at Kanecha’s home when visiting the lovely town of Lampang (we spent four very happy days here!)”
