    “The location, the staff, the size and beauty of the Challet. We had to change our dates due to flight cancelation and got a great response from the management even though the payment was nonrefundable. The Challet is self catering but the hotel provided free fresh bread service each day which was very appreciated. They also helped us with tickets to the castles. The service was very personal and we felt welcomed. The rooms were nice and the bathroom on the first floor was to die for. The kitchen is has all the appliances you can think of and tons of dishes.”

    “We arrived at the late night, the counter was closed. Instead, the staff sent detailed video instructions for parking and self-check-in. Everything is good and smooth, a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is great, the castle is really close within 20 mins drive and also easy to park. The friendly counter staff also provided us with the Füssen pass, for the free bus and souvenir discount. If we are going to visit Füssen again, this hotel is definitely our first choice.”

    “High standard of the hotel,perfect location -old town, shops and restaurants NEXT to the hotel,very helpful and kind stuff. 10 min walk to the Lechfall. Very elegant interior of the restaurant, it was a great pleasure dining in such a beautiful place. Good choice of food. There is also a charming bakery. Love this place.”

    “Likely the best hostel that is more like a hotel right in the city center. There is a self check-in option if you arrive late but there is always staff nearby if you need help. We had a hostel style room with about 5 beds but it was private for me and my nephew. The beds were clean, like a hotel bed. There are shared showers and toilets on the hallway, also very very clean. Upstairs there is a kitchen and also a terace. The man who checked us in was very kind and was happy to share all sorts of activities to do in the area, as well as give tips on how to easily visit the castles nearby. The location is right in the towncenter so many restaurants to go to and eat. They give a free buspass to travel close to the castles and from there you can walk or take a (paid) horse carriage. There is parking free on a street nearby Augsburgerstrasse past the Best Western, maybe 8 minute walk. The host can tell you exactly where to go. You can't drive right up to the hotel because it's a pedestrian street Wifi worked well. Could have stayed for a few days but we were out of time.”
