“Everything - peace, quiet, dog friendly, everything we needed. Lovely family and full roam of the fields for walks - baby lambs were adorable and Tilly the farm dog and Smithy the family cockapoo were very welcoming also. Would definitely visit again. Excellent value for money”

  • 2 bed in Pencelli BN281 Review score: 9

“Beautifully situated and ideal for walking anywhere from the Black Mountain to the Black Mountains. Easy to get to the valleys. Some top gardens in striking distance. Beautiful direct surroundings with lots of birds, sheep, flowers, very green. Plenty of space inside and out, good heating and ventilation. Lovely crisp bedware. Easy parking, kitchen appliances better than usual. Dog friendly and safe. Lovely hosts next door but not intrusive. Local real ale/home cooking pub minutes away and very friendly. Canal nearby and scenically attractive. People in the village keep everything pretty. Not too many milling tourists. Further variety of pubs and shop in Talybont-on-Usk nearby.”
