    “Honestly, I've never had such a warm welcome in the Philippines and yet I've been here for 5 weeks! Thank you to Lloyd and his family for their kindness. The rooms are totally new, there are still rooms under construction but they don't disturb and if they intend to make noise they ask beforehand if it's ok. So it doesn't bother me at all. What's more, they provide motorbikes for hire. They're brand new too. They made us try local food as well. Not forgetting their incredible little dog! Love to Mira from both of us !”

    “We really enjoyed our stay at Parrots. It was the beggining of our Philippines trip and it couldn’t be better. Even the room was small, we really enjoyed breakfast at the terrace and great pool area! :) There are only a few rooms, so the environment of the hotel is really quiet and calm. The staff of the hotel is also really sweet, always smiling and very helpful with everything. Thank you! :)”

    “For us, the isolation and lack of luxury were absolutely perfect. All staff, particularly Matoy, Connie, and Margo, were outstanding. The free use of the kayak allowed us to explore beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise waters on other deserted islands. The food was delicious with good portions sizes. We felt at roughly $9 AUD per meal they was reasonably priced, and with the menu variety, we didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. Loved the bar, amazing cocktails, and fabulous massage. We would return in a heartbeat.”

    “It's hard to write anything because the resort and the owner are "amazing". Robert and his girlfriend have created a resort in the middle of the jungle that exceeds all expectations. Local food, decor, cleanliness, service, GYM and swimming pool are at the highest level... Everything is surrounded by Robert's island chill... 100% I recommend.”
