  “Stayed in a beautiful spacious room with a private onsen at the balcony.. Lovely views, comfortable bed, with exceptional amenities in the room. Location is near train station as well as the two shopping streets, and plenty of very good restaurants.”

  “I loved everything about Migiwaya. Their staff was exceptionally accommodating, kind, and attentive. I reserved the room with a private onsen and garden and the for price, it was beyond my expectations. There are so many things I loved about Migiway. The in-room facilities were well stocked that they refill/restock daily. They provide traditional yukatas with coats for wold weather and wooden shoes plus pyjamas with split-toe socks. The bonus perk that we were unaware of was the free snacks and drinks such as a tea set for sencha, instant coffee, fish cookies, and every day at 5pm they bring you fresh rice snacks like onigiri. In addition, we had breakfast with our reservation and it was so delicious. I recommend adding their breakfast to your reservation and they provide great recommendations for dinner if you don’t want to eat dinner at the ryokan. And finally, their onsens were heavenly. You can reserve 45mins of private use throughout the day at their public baths and/or make use of the onsen in your room. I reserve their public baths every evening to wash away the day and used my room onsen at least twice throughout the day, an onsen with a the early morning sun is perfect. I loved everything, I highly recommend, and I would definitely come again. Yaizu is now a city I have to visit whenever I come to Japan. Thank you to Ken-san and his staff for taking care of us.”

  “Cozy guest house, with a warm couple hosting you. Location near the train station, convenance store and restaurants. What's more the historique cal streets are beautiful with a lot of old wooden japanese house to visite !”

  K's House Ito Onsen - Historical Ryokan Hostel Review score: 8

  “K’s house is so lovely. The room was large and airy with large windows opening over the water course outside. Bedding was traditional futon and there is the option to rent yukatas which is nice. The kitchen and laundry area is great and the onsen fantastic. The private one always seemed to be available. It’s easy to find, great location and about a 10 minute walk from the station.”

  “The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of Tokyu Hotel building, it located next to Mishima Station (South Exist). Don't looking for Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel, because you will only find the name Tokyu Hotel, it took me awhile to figured it out. The onsen is superb I enjoy the view of Fuji Mt. while soaking and also can view Fuji Mt. from bed room. I love it.”

  “Beautiful, authentic, very relaxing stay. Would recommend for couples as it has the opportunity for private onsen baths which were so nice (there are also public onsens). The rooms were really spacious and tea services were provided in the rooms. The dining experience was really unique with all of the separate dishes and super high quality. The town is small so whilst I'm sure there are other places to eat, there is no need to do that. Also super fun to go to the panorama park and get brilliant photos of Mount Fuji.”
