“Location was extremely good. Room was comfortable with necessary facilities and it was clean. Breakfast was very good and as per our expectation. Hotel staff was very corporative.
We lost track of our hotel due to missed train from Grindelwald. We reached very late at night in nearby station. Public transport was not available and took taxi. Due to miss-communication, driver dropped us in middle of night and we were stranded. Lost tracked and tired. We called hotel owner and she was very gracious. She came 12:30 am in night with her little baby and picked us up. it was a great help at that time. Really thankful for that!”
