First room, (apparently a small double) was tiny. Could do with a kettle.

Astrid on reception, was able to change us to a larger more comfortable double room. No issues with hotel or staff. Hotel is close to shops, bars and places to eat.

Thee only things to note about our stay was that the sofa bed was pretty difficult to navigate, we took quite a while to set it up and even so it was a bit frumpy. Luckily we didn't care too much about how we were sleeping, but something to note if you have children who will have restless sleeping. Secondly, when we were setting it up, it was a little dirty, especially underneath the sofa where we had to pull the bed out from. This is understandable, as perhaps this part gets overlooked if it is not being used a lot - but definitely noticeable. Nothing that we complained about though, because everything was pretty good value for what we paid.

The check in process was very easy and the amenities offered to us for free with the room exceeded our expectations. The self-service free breakfast was very comprehensive, with good vegetarian options as well as a nice coffee machine. Waffles are also available from 4pm-9pm and they went down very well with our group! We booked a family room as 4 friends travelling together and the room itself was very spacious, and we did not feel cramped at all. The location is just under a ten minute walk from the old town, and there is a tram stop that can take you all throughout zone A so getting around is really easy too! The lady at reception (I'm sorry I forgot to get your name) was super helpful and accommodating, letting us store our luggage for the day and stay in the common areas after we checked out too.

Was cold because of air conditioning (the literal whole in the celling from which it was a cold flow of air) that the staff were not even trying to deal with. The only solution that was provided was the heater they could give me. Also, the shower. There are no borders in shower at the floor, so basically when you are taking shower, the whole water goes beyond the shower-curtain. Absolutely annoying. Needed to use bunch of towels to stop it, and also spend time to get rid of water from these same towels.

Toilet was maybe small for 4 people. Would have liked to have kettle and tea but the breakfast surely compensated for that. Sound insulation could be better.

Everything was fine.

We had a really good stay at the hotel! The breakfast was great, the staff was very thoughtful and the place were the hotel is located was a pleasant surprise as well. I believe this hotel was a great choice for us, who were looking for a nice place to stay, close to many must go places and restaurants.

There weren't slippers, ear cotton or shampoo.

Staff was super helpful. Special thanks to Astrid who gave suggestions. The bed was nice, the bathroom seems like renovated. The breakfast is good too, there was a do your own waffle activity which is funny.

We felt very welcome - Breakfast was good and we could always drink coffee/tea with cookies and in the afternoon we could make waffles ourselves - that's good :-)

As above, the seating in common areas did not serve the amount of guests correctly.

We reserved two 4-person rooms. However, when we arrived one of the rooms was not equipped with the two extra beds. After I told this 2 times to the receptionist, they promised to prepare the ordered beds. However, when we came back to the hotel the beds still weren’t build up and the house keeping service already left. Hence the receptionist only could give us one instead of two extra beds. Luckily one of our friends was sick and couldn‘t join our trip, otherwise he wouldn‘t have a bed.

The rooms were a bit outdated.

The location is just great. You don’t need to use public transport because it’s very central. 200m down the road you can even take the ferry to go to different places or just to enjoy the ride. The breakfast was really good and ra lot of hot and cold options.

Breakfast options were a bit limited and uninspiring. Also, for some reason, the elevator always seemed to take ages to come down when you call it.

Tea, juice, and snacks always available. Hotel can hold your bags for free while you explore.

The corners of the kitchen was a bit dirty and would like more selections of meat during the breakfast, like chicken slices for those who cannot eat pork

The bedding was comfortable and the warm and cozy, bathroom was amazingly clean
