The state of the bathroom is appalling. This is advertised as a deluxe room, the bathroom was as far away from that as can be. I don't mind that it's tiny, the building has it's restrictions, that's fine. The whole finish of the bathroom was cheapest possible, the shower was leaking in two places and was also the cheapest plastic thing possible. The water didn't drain properly in the shower. It is unimaginable that the staff is unaware of these issues as, I'm 99% sure, they didn't occur the day before we arrived. This was a real shame, as everything else is lovely.

The location is excellent, even though it's situated in an apartment building, we had no issues. The general vibe of the hotel was really nice, the breakfast was lovely. We really loved the room itself, it was spacious, well decorated, light and super comfortable.

Old fashioned style. Comfortable and quiet. Central position near many good restaurants. Norrköpings concert hall in walking distance. Beautiful park area just behind the hotel

At the moment of the reservation, because we were going to do the check in after the reception closed, the hotel staff sent me a message with a code to enter to the the building, saying that it was the same code to enter to the 3rd floor (where it's located the hotel). When we tried to enter the 3rd floor, the code for that door was different and we had to wait 3 hours waiting for someone who opened the door for us.

The recepcionist very kindly apologize for the inconvenient and gave us a compensation for the problem.

It would have been helpful to know that the key was needed to unlock the lift floor to the hotel rooms after 10pm but it was easy to figure out. Abit worried about how secure the place is as all they needed was my name to check in but norrköping is generally safe with not many tourists.

Beautiful room, clean and no smoking allowed! Breakfast was a sandwich and cereal spread with a large variety of drinks, staff were very nice and allowed me to leave my bags there until checkin time as I arrived early. The room had a TV, very comfy chair and more than enough space to put my luggage. Coffee and tea available 24/7 was a bonus

The hotel looks very old and needs a lot of repairs, it is very outdated. The only functional lamp was the ceiling lamp. All the lamps in my room had burnt out bulbs. The bathroom smells of drain/avlop. Very kind and nice staff. The pictures of the room do not reflect the reality, absolutely not.

The breakfast was just okay, quite a small variety but for the price I can't really complain, found the cereal was consistently nicer than the hot food but more personal preference than down to quality as sometimes the hot food was lukewarm, the TV in my room also only had 12 working channels, dont know if this was an issue with just my room but most of them were in swedish and the english channels would not connect nor could i cast anything from my phone. Room was a tiny bit cold during the night but it fit my preferred sleeping temperature so not much of an issue just slightly uncomfortable during the evenings

The negative reviews really do not do this hotel justice, i expect its changed management quite a few times as my experience was nowhere near what some people make out, throughout my stay i was constantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were spacious and very clean, found the bed very comfortable and they had a good number of pillows to pick from, would expect this level of quality from a hotel double the price of what i paid, especially since i always felt very welcomed by the staff, they were friendly and spoke good english. They also had free tea, coffee, biscuits and a microwave for use in the lobby which was useful throughout my trip here. It is also around a 10 minute walk to and from the station which was very useful, with there being constant buses and trams close by if you wish to catch those instead, good location for getting to the museums as well, it is in a very safe area and also was extremely quiet at night so i never felt uncomfortable coming and going from the hotel late at night.
