There was nothing that would be terribly wrong with this stay. Just tiny bits that could be improved. The mattress was slightly dipped so we were rolling into the middle at night. The blanket was also a little synthetic so it was either too hot or too cold. We missed free dinner as we arrived at 10 pm, so had to eat out but I guess it's not the hotel's fault but they could leave some kind of sandwich not something because dinner was included. The room was just a little outdated.

The location is great, the room was fine. I don't have much to say. It was an average room, overall we were satisfied with everything. However it wasn't a stunning room/stay.

We arrived a bit late for the check-in as we were travelling by car from Sweden, therefore we accommodated for a dinner at 19.45 and the dinner was until 20.00 but we were ready to eat quickly of course. When we started to take the food from self service there was the kitchen staff taking off everything in front of us at the point to can't even take a slice of bread, it wasn't really nice to see. We also advised that we would come to hotel at that time and we would eaten quickly but we were immediately asked if we wanted the dinner to the room, of course paying even if we had the dinner included. This was quite unprofessional behaviour for 4 stars hotel, everything else was nice.

It was a bit noisy when we arrived for dinner. (The hotel was fully booed.) You had to stand in line for dinner and breakfast.

Food was included in the price. The breakfast was ok. Evening meal was ok. Silent and clean rooms.

Room wasn’t as big as photos made it out to be. It was about 30-50% more expensive than other hotels in area which I dont mind as got meal and breakfast included. But evening meal was limited and breakfast didn’t have a wide variety. I have stayed in a nearby hotel for work for months. The lesser quality cheaper hotel has a much larger variety on breakfasts.

The parking size under building is very tight. Everyone has a car like Volvo 70, we have difficulty get out from our car.

Hotel provide buffet dinner and breakfast. Don't need go out. Very close to the harbor, many bars, new play area for kids.

I just stopped over for one night. Staff is super nice. I was there Friday night and had "traditional Tacos"! Excellent and true story. Have been to Sweden before and never heard it. Hotel is OK, I had a room on the top floor and the ceilings are a bit low. Apart from that, I do recommend.

Dinner was average and could be improved. Not all guests were good at following rules requested by authorities/hotel which resulted in crowding in dining area.

Breakfast was really good. The staff were really pleasant and wore masks and kept to the rules. Signs and hand sanitizer gel were available. Beds were very comfy! Nice welcome note from hotel/cleaner.
