We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayOnly complaint was, the ventilation room a bit stuffy, you could open the windows so long as you dont mind the "lively" night life outside. They did provide ear plugs thou. If you like your quiet at nice I would suggest requesting a quiet room away from the nightlife outside.
Good size room, and nice bed. Also a mini bar which is a rare these days.

SwedenThe treatment was not what we expected. There were restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The food was perfectly ok at the restaurant (Mollberg's), but the serving staff was haughty and not pleasant. She did not understand the concept of good service and was rushed despite the lack of customers in the restaurant. She did not want to talk to me more than absolutely necessary. She started to walk away from our table before I finished my sentence.
The location was super, and the hotel receptionist was serviceminded and pleasant.

GermanyMy room had Cable tv rather than Satellite tv, hence stations were mainly Swedish and very poor choice of TV channels. Swedish tv stations are famous for their boring programs. Hence, the hotel should upgrade its tv channels and switch to satellite.

The Mollberg is a very smart and elegant boutique hotel set in a historic building and a central location in Helsingborg. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was good.

IcelandOne thing I did not like was the opening hours for the breakfast. They close for breakfast much to early. This hotel like many others have problems with a/c, but in this case we could open windows and that is a big bonus.
This is an old building and the renovation of this building is excellent, this hotel is very personal not too crowded and very much to my liking.

SwedenI didn’t like that we had chipped cups (for tea/coffee) both in our room and at the restaurant for breakfast. Another disappointing thing was the A/C. Despite the instructions we couldn’t increase the temperature level and the fan (too strong), so woke up early morning before the actual alarm clock totally freezing and feeling under the weather. The parking was a few minutes away with fixed option of 24 hrs only and cost 350 SEK (which is more about Helsingborg overall rather than hotel facilities).
Excellent: front desk staff, breakfast, room, comfortable bed/ mattress.
