We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The layout of the hotel is good. The beautiful location by the harbour is perfect. Bishops Arms is a jewel. Gym and sauna on 14th floor are excellent with superlative views. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable, although the bed is probably too soft for my liking and the pillows likewise. Suggest a set of firmer pillows in the wardrobe as the opinion in this area is likely to be split 50/50. One little gripe would we the noise when people leave the local night life facilities and gather around the taxi rank across from the hotel entrance. Friday night 15/3 I was awoken thrice by our enthusiastic revellers. As I had an early 08:07 train to Arlanda C, I was compromised by being overly tired for the journey back to the UK.

FinlandHairs and dust in the room, not vacuum cleaned? Check under the beds... Gym is a bit too small. Sauna should have cooling room with opportunity to open windows. Quite swetty feeling after the sauna...
Oat porridge would be nice. Othervise superb. Sauna a huge plus.

Great location. The hotel has a nice terrace where one can enjoy beverages and food. They accept dogs and there is a nearby park. Parking available.

Very nice hotel by the harbour in Örnsköldsvik. Large comfortable rooms with a great view over the water. Good breakfast. Sauna and gym on the top floor which you can use for free.

SingaporeThe bed is too soft and looks very used. The bed is not flat but concave, like someone has slept there and the mattress did not return to it original shape.
