Situated on a hill and it might get inconvenient for old people to walk around the property. The buggy services understably takes a little bit of time but nothing to complain about

Cleanliness in rooms can be greatly improved with attention to detail. The Club rooms are quite far need ferrying in carts up and down which are fairly fast when called but a sort of a hassle. The staff seem to have very low morale and have no smiles. No beach despite advertising as a beach hotel, it's a coral rocks and again huge walks.

Lovely views and Ocean Room (2 beds) and nice spread at the buffet for breakfast. Check in and out were swift. Italian restaurant was fabulous.

The food area was so many steps up and down .. the weather was no help.. I wish there were lifts for a comfortable vacation.. the bathroom was tiny and flimsy doors..faulty ac no service for repair ..the person came when we were checking out

Transportation service was not good. Sometime we were forced to wait. And room key suddenly didn’t work and nothing can do but to walk back to the reception

- Using the stairs to move between the rooms and the resort facilities was tiring, especially if there were elderly people. The stone stairs were strange, but at the same time they were beautiful because you felt like you were walking among the mountains in nature. - The swimming pool is good, but in this type of resort it is preferable to create something specifically for children, such as slides or the like, so that they can spend a long and enjoyable time in the pool. - The resort overlooks the sea, which is a beautiful thing, but it would be nicer if there was a small private beach for the hotel directly in contact with the sea.

- Room was very clean and comfort. - Wifi was great. - Location is the best in Patong for who wants to have a calm stay and can be in the most active place in Phuket within few minutes. - Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety everyday .. We stayed for 4/5 nights and we didn't get bored from the daily breakfast.

Our stay was hindered by the challenge of accessing the beach with a small child. The one-way road back from Patang Beach meant taxis were unavailable, necessitating a lengthy walk. Despite this inconvenience, everything else about the experience was enjoyable.

You have to use hotel transport to get to your room and breakfast whice wasn't so handy. Apart from that everything was great.

Scale and size of the resort is overwhelming. So big that the only means of getting to the room is by the in-house shuttle. Size of the room is adequate; except bathroom is dated.

Beautiful location perched right at the end of the main strip away from the hustle and bustle.

Hotel doesnt have good beaches. Before there was the Jetty where you can dive in to deep clear water and watch amazing corals and fishes. Its pitty that they closed jetty! They should do something about this!

My only feedback would be that the rooms could maybe do with an uplift as it does seem slightly worn but there were still comfortable and perfect for our stay.

A great location with incredible staff who offered the best customer service. Facilities were great and there was always something to do there - great live music on multiple nights to enjoy next to the ocean.

The way suitcases for hotel guests departing were held at the lobby entrance, which didn’t make a good first impression on arrival.

Quite a number of stairs and getting a buggy depends on your luck. As long as you are not in a rush or ok to go up and down hundreds of steps, is great!

Love the 2 bedroom we had. The kids were in their room and we were in ours, with spacious common area for dinning. Love the breakfast with good variety and great views. Love the housecleaning, keeping it tidy and comfortable everyday.

It’s expensive. The rooms are also nice but not the absolute most comfortable or impressive. Mine also had a slight smell and mosquitoes are common.

This hotel has many amazing facilities to make use of including pools, gym, tennis court, jet ski. It’s proper resort style. The beach views and the breakfast are the standout. Will love to come back again!

Spacious rooms, sea view from balcony, small private beach, amazing sea facing swimming pool and dining area. housekeeping staff always carrying a big smile.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, but the hot food was always only luke warm. It’s a long walk into and out of town, with a big hill to walk up on the return journey.

Staff were friendly and offered us an upgraded room, which was bigger and had a better view. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the pools were great. Shuttles were available to get you around the hotel grounds.

We had a room with a partiol ocean view, there was a bed smell in the room, smell of muit,the shower was very small. There is no bags in the toylet can.

Exlent location, quiet but still close to the centre, great Jim, pantastic pools, amazing private beaches, great breakfast. We will come back .
