It is on the more expensive side for Thailand but it makes sense for tourist prices.

The location, staff and cleanliness is top notch. People are so kind there, we got sunburn first day there and one of the staff members brought us fresh aloe vera. We would get treats everyday. People are even nice outside of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, the mini fridge is always stocked (included in price btw), lovely add-on with the ‘surprise of the day’ button which you are able to use every day of your stay. The bartenders at the beach/pool make sure you always have iced water, they also keep timeliness in check, if you booked a trip somewhere (not necessarily within the hotel) they also tell you when your ride is here as well as help you with your bags. You also can download their app and order things directly from there via your room number. The scenery is absolutely crazy. Breakfast is delicious. You do not need to take these things with you because it is provided by the hotel: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, bathrobe (two sets, summer/winter), towels, beach towel, beach bag. The beach is also wonderful and clean. This is through and through the absolute best stay we’ve ever had. Thank you to the hotel staff, they really put the cherry on top. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all. Everything was incredible!

Our stay at Centara reserve was the highlight of our honeymoon. We felt so loved and cared for, and the breakfast was incredible !!! So filling, quality food and we wished we could eat it all day long. Pools were immaculate, facilities so clean and the beach only a few steps away. We loved the drinks at the pool, and the little bar on the right, and I wish I could get one more Long Island iced teas, as they were so good! Big thank you to all the staff at Centara reserve, they were so lovely and welcoming. They even left us a cute surprise in our room! Will definitely be coming back!

Great location and still very different than the outside vibe, managed to have a good connection between relaxation to vibrant. Gin room had really great cocktails!

We loved everything! The location was fab, the hotel is gorgeous and very luxury. It was perfect for our honeymoon and exactly what we wanted. The hotel facilities are exceptional and the staff are friendly and so hard working. We'd go back in a heart beat.

Stunning property - so beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with a wide panorama of a stunning beach. The attention to detail is the best we’ve experienced - a ‘surprise of the day’ button on your room telephone brings a treat… iced water and a towel is brought to you when you arrive at the pool. Everyone who works at the hotel is delightful and friendly. There is also a free, generous mini bar which we thought was an elegant touch. The breakfast also has some special dishes off the menu which are also included, alongside the buffet. It’s a pricey, fancy hotel but so much is included. This is such a welcome change from the norm.
