Location for me was perfect,10 minute walk from treetown,far enough away to escape the noise but close enough to get in the middle of it. Rooms very comfortable,shower excellent,late servicing of room appreciated

Living room couch had some nasty stains and looked like it needed replacement. Kitchen stove had burnt stains on it. Otherwise clean rooms. Nearby bar had really loud music and it lasted till 4 AM. I think the hotel owner should have a conversation about the music loudness during nights with the bar owner. I understand it's live music but still they should drop the bass volume a notch. The bar in question is like 200 -300m from the hotel and there were lots of other bars that were not really disturbing our sleep.

Very spacious and mostly clean rooms! We had our room located on the 21st floor with an amazing sea view and view to the Pattaya central. There we're three balconies in the room?! Beds were really confy. Hotel Staff were very friendly. We we're really happy staying here and probably will come back next holiday.

The dining area needs a little bit of TLC, you can see where the rats are gnawing at the kitchen doors plus I'm sorry to say we did see one running around in the dining area 😳 which is a shame because apart from that the hotel is immaculate. Definitely a 4*+

The staff were exceptionally helpful, very polite well mannered and went above and beyond to help with any problem that arose, the rooms were very big and plenty of storage space. 👌

The breakfast room needs a big revamp. Rotten doors in to kitchen. We even saw a rat in there one time. We mostly are breakfast out.

The room was very big but it only had 1 bedside table which was a little inconvenient.

The pool is a little "tired" and needs upgrading around the pool area. Cushions were old, no towels available one of the days so I requested a pool towel and was asked to go to the pool and wait. After an hour, still no towel. The property is a bit of a walk from most of the activity which is good and bad. Good from a noise perspective. Bad from it's 95 degrees in Thailand and you were drenched with sweat in 5 minutes.

The hotel is nice and the staff are professional. Check-in was easy but it is difficult to find the property on Maps or even the app as the name doesn't match the website. This is the LK President so it was very confusing with several LK properties in Pattaya.

There is one thai bar on soi Excite that blasts music out until 6am so it would be an idea to try and soundproof the rooms.

The room I stayed in had weak water pressure which made shower a pain. Ive stayed in other rooms where the water pressure is great.

LK Prez, Its always stable, u know what u getting, most of the time. Cleanish (a few minor things as the hotel gets old).

Amazing city and sea views from the south facing 18th Floor. Great size rooms cleaned daily. Comfy large bed, large balcony, amazing air con, friendly staff.

LK Pattaya is a hotel about a kilometre from the seafront, but within easy walk to nightlife and markets. My room was very comfortable and to the side of the hotel. I was originally disappointed that it was not facing the front. However, my daughter had a front-facing room, and she said the noise from the nearby nightclub went on until 4 in the morning. My balcony was lovely and breezy, although there was quite a noisy air conditioning unit on it. There were no chairs on my balcony, but after asking for some, they were delivered, which was great. Breakfast had a very good selection of items and also an egg station. The bed was huge and was very comfortable.
