The pool and gym area are in need of some repairs and updating.

The hotel's 24hr check in/out policy is wonderful for travelers. Our party had different departure times so it was nice to have the flexibility. Large room and comfortable beds. Many dining options in the lobby, but on the expensive side.

The restaurant (Buffet) is very expensive. The food is good but quite honestly does not justify the cost, it is very expensive. The access corridor from the underground carpark into the hotel is dreadful! The smell made my wife and i almost vomit. Carparking signage is also not great, this could be improved. There was no steam iron or board in the room which is strange considering most guests are typically flying once leaving the hotel.

The pool area offers a great space to relax preflight and the kids love it.

At the time I stayed, it was very expensive for Thailand and Bangkok. Especially for the quality of the hotel and inclusions. However, the convenience and comfort made it worthwhile for me after a long flight and with an early morning departure.

The hotel is walking distance from the airport via the underground path to the train station. Or you can use the shuttle. Really easy and convenient for an overnight transit, much more comfortable than the box hotels inside the terminal!!

Small pool with limited sun chairs. Expensive rate for Bangkok.

Check in anytime and leave 24 hours later, a brilliant concept for an airport hotel, and a life saver for those 6 am arrival flights. Large, quiet, air conditioned rooms, comfy bed, large bathroom, fantastic staff. We loved the sports bar and the staff there were incredible! Spa and treatments first class.

The rooms are quite outdated. The room wasn't very big, If we would've stayed more than 1 night, I would consider it crowded. And compared to other hotels in Bangkok, the pricing is set higher than what I'd expect.

If you're looking for a place close to the airport - this is a great location - practically inside the airport. The overall feel in the lobby and facilities is good. The train station to the city from the airport is almost underneath the hotel.

Found it overpriced, but paid for the convenience

We missed our flight and as I was traveling with my 8year old daughter and needed to be back at the airport again the next morning (it was already 11pm), this hotel was the most convenient choice. It was very lovely although it was overpriced for Thailand. The rooms were nice but the hallways were looking very old and run down. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the fitness facilities looked nice, but not enough time to check it out throughly.

The only thing I was very disappointed with regarding this booking was that I was overcharged, but this was not the hotel. It was Booking.com that overcharged me and I am still fighting with them now regarding this booking.

The location of this airport is fantastic for a long layover, and the provided shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is extremely helpful and easy. Buffett breakfast was fantastic but we paid for that as an addition.

Rooms need better connection options such as usb or more electrical outlets. plugging in stuff was a bit of a work around.

Everything was excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport terminal was professional and available instantly with a travel time of less than 5 minutes. The check in time becomes your check out time is invaluable for international travelers. Breakfast buffet starts at 330am, a first in my experience. Hotel is a bit pricey - think value for bucks is good given location, facilities and great staff.

Language barrier at times when ordering food and drinks. Room quite expensive for what it was. Bathroom in room not very private having a glass partition to the bedroom with a blind which didn't close entirely. Some of the sun beds could do with replacing as too worn to use, and a lot of the deck had been closed off as in need of repair.

Very spacious room, with mini bar robes and slippers. Access to the pool and gym included. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle too and from the airport every 10 Mins. Pool was lovely with it's own bar area.

For the money we paid for 1 night,the room though large and very comfortable was a bit dated.Chipped and old furniture nowhere to hang clothes and bed linen felt old,but as I said was still very comfortable.

The hotel and staff were brilliant,very attentive and eager to help,great location for stop over and much quieter than what you would think for location

I think the website of the hotel can be a bit more specific about the location of the booth for the shuttle bus. It took me a bit of time to figure out there was a hotel booth at the exit.

I love how close it is to the airport and how efficient and quick the staff were. We asked for extra water bottles and cutleries, and within minutes they were delivered to us.

Obviously a very well used hotel because of airport location. Not expecting 5 star luxury just convenience to catch early flight. Did not Dislike anything, but recognised that because multiple (perhaps all) stays are for one night only, ongoing maintenance and cleaning will be a problem
