We stayed here for 14 nights, the staff could not have helped more, they were fantastic. The facilities were exceptional and clean. Beds in the rooms were comfy, air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked amazingly. We found that the walk into town wasn’t bad at all, there is a small hill as you reach the hotel but it takes around 2 minutes to walk up it the rest of the walk is flat and takes around 10/15 mins… overall we will be staying here again ☺️

There’s not one thing we didn’t like.

The location was perfect, lovely and quiet with fabulous view from the pool, but close enough to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean (honestly didn’t see one speck of dirt), with beautiful, well maintained gardens and a gorgeous rooftop bar. The jacuzzi was a fabulous addition nestled in the quiet gardens. The hotel was very peaceful and never felt crowded in any area. Always got a sun lounger by the pool, and often enjoyed late swims with just our family. There were many added extras that I wasn’t expecting, such as full size, good quality shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser, robes and slide . 2 bottles of water were in your fridge everyday. Towels available by the pool and you could even take towels to the beach. The real jewels of the hotel are the staff. Every single member of staff was so welcoming, they really did go out of their way to make our stay perfect. Amazing value for money, I would highly recommend this chotel, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Pacific Club Resort, the first time was 9 years ago. We were well looked after by all the the staff from the minute we arrived until the time we we're waved off at the end of our stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent, from plant based menu to the succulent steaks. There was a huge variety for breakfast and the chef cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. There are fresh towels every day and bottles of water left in the fridge. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing both day and night and was open almost 24/7 but closed early morning for a couple of hours for cleaning. It was so refreshing to go for a late night swim to cool down after a hot day. There are plenty of sun beds and towels available without having to save them. The rooftop bar was open for food and drinks which was ordered via a QR code or telephone and brought to you usually by Oliver or Liam who were very polite and efficient. The manager Sun who is very attentive was always checking to see if we had everything that we needed and recommend trips that he thought that we would enjoy. All in all we are so pleased to have chosen to return to the Pacific Club Resort and as Sun said 'it's our home from home'.

Small very friendly hotel giving the best personal service to all guests. Set back a little from the centre meant it was lovely and peaceful and being a small hotel the pool was never too busy. Son the manager snd his staff were always on hand to help and greeted you when you arrived or left the hotel.

I personally didn’t mind the location, but some might find that it’s on a bit of a hill difficult to manage.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. 2 kingsize rooms, a set of bunk beds and 2 sofa beds in the sitting room. It had all the necessary facilities in the apartment and the hotel - a rooftop pool, a gym, restaurant etc. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good and had plenty of choice, with eggs any way made to order.

Very pleasant and obviously well trained staff made the service level fantastic compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in SE Asia. The room was very spacious and nicely laid out for comfort and convenience. And very clean every day The walk into town was short and easy, lots of variety in restaurants.

Walk up the hill was a little difficult but Tuk Tuk sorted that!!

At first sight wasn’t 100% sure of the place but it grew and grew on us! Place was fantastic. Staff so so friendly! Had a lovely driver who dropped us to and from the beach every day in a lovely clean Ford Ranger! Pool was superb!
