Cleanliness, was poor. drinks prices were as fancier hotels. Hotel was extremely tired and in need of a redo. Across from reception was their Herb garden, what a disaster, filthy, rundown, empty beer bottles, food bags, empty paint tins, 3rd world right enough. what food we ate was good, breakfast and lunch.

Everything is old, half of the light wasn't working in room. there was a kettle but no coffee or tea. Bathtub looks terrible, no hot water during shower. AC was dirty.

There was a faint smell of urine in my daughter's bed. I notified the staff and they came to change the sheets within 10min. Everything was great after that.

We stayed in a room for 5 people and one of the single beds was very uncomfortable.

Lovely place to stay near BKK airport. We stayed during a layover. Beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, a bar and restaurant on site. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, old spring mattress.

Great location, close to airport and also short 15 minute walk to a shopping mall. Lovely staff, good restaurant with wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. Very nice swimming pool area. Very good value accommodation.

Nothing to dislike, would stay again, if you don’t want to stay in Bangkok it’s self, perfect stop gap whilst recouping from long flight from UK.

Perfect place to begin your holiday or to end your holiday in Bangkok Thailand as it’s a great place to stay close to the airport for flight back home.

So dirty, not at all cleaned and maintained. Too bad because it has a lot of potential. I was expecting more when I saw the reviews but the stay here was just horrible.Sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty, the curtains of the room were dirty.

The rooms ware small and dark, and it needed some work and is a bit outdated.

The resort was sort of fine. Also the staff was super helpful and friendly. We knew that the hotel was far away from the city center, but near the airport, for us a super plus.

Staff don’t understand English, the receptionist wasn’t attentive, not responding to the calls to pick the luggage from the room. No lift. Dirty rooms, lot of mosquitoes inside and outside of the room.

If all you need is an overnight stay near the airport, this place is adequate, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame, because the property and amenities (pool, bar, restaurant) are actually quite nice. But the room I was given left much to be desired. It wasn't particularly clean, to begin with. But my biggest concern is that it had a door leading directly to the adjoining room, which was only secured by a couple of sliding locks. The sound transfer was significant; I could hear banging and thumping from the other side of the door. I wasn't sure if someone might come bursting through at any time. Ultimately, my room felt neither safe nor private. For the amount I paid, I expected more.

Good location close to the airport and they arranged a transfer for me (at additional cost). Walking distance to some shops and restaurants.
