The restaurant/Bar. Food/Cocktail had no taste and was expensive. We even spotted outdated milk at breakfast. It's sad because that's exactly what make you want to stay at hotel : bar and restaurant. Here it's so bad that no one chilling around the pool (it's great, but not for the good reasons ahah) Also the hotel overlooks the main road of the island, and there is nothing around the hotel.

Very dated room, could use some repair of bathroom counter (we thought it might fall off). Not the most walkable area of Koh Samui and about 30 minutes drive from ferry.

The spacious room with a view was great, we appreciated a TV with Netflix on it. The kitchen and laundry was a great plus, we didn’t realize it had that. It had a great view for breakfast of the ocean with a great breakfast.

The Sea is a bit remote and you need a taxi or car to really get anywhere. Its about 20 min from Fisherman's Village which is a nice area to go out

The Sea is a beautiful, small resort located on the north side of Koh Samui. The suites were spacious and well appointed. There is a small restaurant on site and a nice breakfast can be included. The Sea is a bit remote although there are some restaurants that you can walk to along the beach.

- No near supermarket in the surrounding area - The resort’s main swimming pool ( not the room’s) wasn’t that clean.

The staff was friendly and very helpful and even helped us to check in early. The room was really comfortable, clean & well equipped.

The breakfast is quite basic. I wish they would add some local food in the meal more.

The location is quite remote and not a lot of tourist.

The food is disappointing. No good communication between staff and the cook. The cook just does not care about what he serves. I feel the customers were non existant. My Pad thai noodle for lunch is still hard and could not be eaten yet no apology from the cook. And we were the only ones in the restaurant. Breakfast consisting of green thai curry and we asked for non spicy and the staff told the cook but still it was spicy with chillies. I find this unacceptable.

the front beach is nice to sit and enjoy the sea view. Type of beach to swim. The front staff or receptionist staff are friendly, helpful. We like them.

The food was fine and fairly expensive for the value. There was also a mouse in our room. The staff did help remove it and offer us a new room

A shuttle service would be a great extra service which we now had to organize ourselves with a taxi which is relatively pricey at Koh Samui.

We have experienced as a family a fantastically beautiful vacation at The Sea Koh Samui! It felt for us like a second honeymoon but this time with children 🤩. What made the stay so unique for us: We had a pool villa with a lot of space. The staff is absolutely worth 5 stars! We felt like guests around the clock and were always served with a smile! The staff had as a team among themselves also harmonized well which has transferred the good mood to the guests. The facility itself was very well maintained. The bar / restaurant directly on the beach had a beautiful location. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great and of good quality but could be a bit more varied. The location of the hotel is as known in a quiet area which we enjoyed very much. You have the gorgeous beach almost to yourself. There are always enough sunbeds and launch beds at the pool and beach for the hotel guests. Walking distance to several nice beach bars and massages directly on the beach. We would love to come back anytime.

The room was slightly dated and I wouldn’t say it was the best value for money. The shower didn’t work most of the time and was cold nearly every time and the hot tub didn’t work whatsoever, just spilled out black water which was very disappointing. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable as it was just two single mattresses placed on the floor. Breakfast had very little choice and as a vegan I went hungry, they also left the food out so there were ants all over it. The location was also very far out from everything but that is understandable for a resort.

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach, nice spacious suites and friendly helpful staff.

The smoking area for the restaurant was right outside our pool area.

Our villa was perfect for our family of 6, almost 5 of which are adults. The pool in the villa was lovely as were the surrounds and it was where we spent all of our time.

The fixed price of the TAXI to the airport, $24 USD, charged buy the Hotel, is absolutely inadequate to the reality of Koh Samui, not to mention Thailand in general. It is in fact sad to realise such a wonderful hotel doesn’t have a way to provide it’s own airport pick-up service. Would, nevertheless return to this wonderful hotel, if ever back in the Island.
