Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was a bit of wear and tear to the living room furniture, with scruffs and stains. The cable selections were lacking, with some channels offered not eh lobby TV missing from eh room. At this time, it would be nice to see all hotels offer casting, but this is fixed by traveling with an HDMI streaming stick, or cable for a laptop. On the plus side, the room has a DVD player and a selection of free movies in the lobby.
The hotel is a short walk to area shopping and restaurants, but far enough away from the hustle and noise to offer a very quiet, relaxing stay. We were able to park the car after 6 hours, on the road, and walk to the nearby Target and Kroger, before driving over to Buc ee's. The only downside is the area is not completely pedestrian-friendly(no sidewalks), but you can reach areas by cutting through parking lots.

United StatesWhile the hotel staff was very professional and accommodating to my early morning arrival, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I entered the room and was taken back by the awful smell so I walked back out to head for the from desk. The nice housekeeping lady ask if everything was okay. I told her that I must've gotten a smoking room by mistake because the smell was obvious. Very quickly she said, Oh no this is not a smoking room. She followed me to the room and offered a can of air freshener to keep for the remainder of my stay, which was 4 nights. I just traveled 8 hours and drove 2 hours to reach the hotel. I was too exhausted to wait for another room, so I went to the local Walmart and purchased a fragrant candle and incense to cover the smell. Overall, the experience was decent for the price but I will stick with Marriott hotels.
