We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room is spacious, bed is big and comfortable. Everything is clean and nice. It's a safe and good place for solotraveller. The staffs are friendly and very polite. Breakfast is good! The location is also good, close to restaurants and coffeeshops, there's also a Seven Eleven and KFC near by.

I did not have the breakfast because we drove to a national park at 3 am. I liked the bed and four pillows - had a very good sleep, very comfortable. The location was great because there is a lot of restaurants nearby and a 7-11.

ItalyThe toilet clogged on the third day. Room cleaning poor and without timetable. Sometimes at 11 o'clock everything had been done; others at 3 pm. The staff - with the exception of mr. K - does not speak English. Poor amenities in the bathrooms. When you enter the reception does not greet you. At breakfast only soy milk and Thai food. The table cleaner doesn't care if you're done or not; also collects the food you are eating.
Mr. K, the reception was very kind and solved many problems. He is the only one who can speak English. He also shipped the watch I had forgotten to the new hotel for free.
