We have been the whole day in the town, so there is nothing to complain.

For Ibis everything is ok. Breakfast is ok.

Mould on the shower ceiling as the extractor didn't work. The room was small and basic.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Break fast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold food. A light bulb wasn't working next to the bed and it was fixed 5 minutes after reporting to reception. House keeping did a great job.

Our room was facing the main highway just outside the hotel. It's very noisy, and the window does not isolate the noise well. Also, the AC system is a bit iffy and even though we had it turned off, the room would still get stuffy and warm. Also, our room had no closet and for two girls, for 5 days... It was weird to arrange our clothes around the room. We had to use our luggage as closet.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I requested a later checkin, an additional key card for my roommate and they accommodated us. The dinner buffet (you pay for it) is good and the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff visited daily.

It was too hot in the room. I had to keep the window open. Therefore, it was noisy. My room was very close to the elevator, so I was woken up quite often by the sound of it 😭

It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the possibility of checking in at 3 am, super clean room, friendly stuff, soft towels, and comfortable bed.

During my checking in some local guys were checking in with the prostitute, they were looking awful

The rooms are of a decent size with a beautiful view of the sea. Love the serenity and peacefulness of the location as it is a little away from the usual hustle bustle of Istanbul's tourist spots

There was nothing bot to like....

I have stayed at Ibis before at the same location...the hotel is beat and clean....the staff is courteous and friendly.... Fiskhane is right next door and the main Zeytinburnu Market some fifteen twenty minutes walk away.....making it comfortable and convinient.... the metro gives you easy access to the city centre.....the location though a little away from the centre is still very comfortable and peaceful and the view of the sea to die for .... Waking up to the view every morning is such a pleasure.....if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the centre and explore Istanbul at your own leisurely pace then Ibis Zeytinburnu is the place for you....

Very hot room-air conditioner only worked on first night.Had to sleep with open windows everyday-then was so noisy from the traffic:( the room was smell strong cigarettes:(:(

If you have a limited time in Istanbul, you’d better look for another hotel closer to the city center. The hotel is close from a bus stop, but the bus comes very irregularly. Wish they had a shuttle service to the city center.

They cleaned the room every day. Nice ocean view. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was enough. Staff were polite and friendly.

Emir the front desk individual was exceptional. He made the entire stay there as comfortable as could be. He was always willing to go the extra mile for us during our stay. I honestly think that his service was superb ! 10/10!

Receptionist who welcomes us on 24.12.2023 night. We have booked our room 6 months ago and I wrote private note as well that we need sea view room in non smoking floor with breakfast and additional bed for child but we got room for smokers , bed for child wasn’t prepared, we got informed that we don’t have breakfast included which wasn’t true , after checking from receptions side, also we just got one key instead we were 3 person and there wasn’t any information from receptionist about Wi-Fi password , breakfast time etc. This happens in the beginning but it left bed impression.
