Our stay at Karaca was exceptional. The best part of our stay were the friendliness of the hosts, the delicious breakfasts, the quiet neighborhood, and the overall vibe of this hotel. Simply exceptional. We didn’t want to leave as we feel we didn’t just experience this lovely town, but we made new friends. Thank-you for a wonderful 2 days. Sam and I wish it could have been longer. Enwer runs a family enterprise location was perfect in a nice quiet area 7 minutes walking distance from the centre.We booked our boat tour with him which was excellent with lunch included.we enjoyed some home cooked food too which was great at Karca Apt.

It was near to the centre of Dalyan. The owners could not do enough for you so helpful. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and very good quality. Enver and his family were so lovely and ensured you were included in all that was going on. He helped organise trips for us exchanged money and really was there if you needed anything.

Everything was great here.

Fantastic hosts who made our stay stress-free. From organising airport transfers to arranging a private boat excursion, lending us beach towels and a hairdryer and allowing a late check out when we had a night flight, every effort was made by the owners to ensure that we had a great holiday. Also, a lovely, clean swimming pool and terrace to spend a few hours relaxing!

Outstanding owners who provide wonderful, warm Turkish hospitality. Delicious, fresh, home-cooked food, the Sea Bream was phenomenal. Fabulous breakfast was included and we also enjoyed lunch and dinners. Excellent quiet location close to town. Clean and spacious room, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hosts, Enver and Adila!

Only bed sheets were to thin and was a bit cold at night.

Our stay was perfect. Owners friendly, talkative and helpful. Once more thank you for amazing boat trip organization. Delicious home made spread for breakfast.

The complex is at an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main road to the city centre and amenities, as well as the Saturday market. You don't need a car at all. Service was excellent, both by the attentive owner and the staff, always willing to help and offering great advice on the area and activities. We loved the breakfast. It had a variety of local fresh products and great tea and coffee. The room was big and had an excellent unobstructed view of the surroundings.

We struggle to think of anything we disliked.

The Breakfast was great.Trad. turkish Plenty of cheese tomatoes cucumber.Cheese omlette.Refills of tea.Delicious homemade jams and honey.The room we had was to the rear with balcony,so not too hot.Kettle and fridge.A/C Completely mozzi free! Enver and Andile were terrific hosts.Nothing was too much trouble.The pool and rooms were spotless.Superb value for money!!

Nothing everything was perfect

I cannot fault my stay here it was nothing short of superb. I will defintley be returning the breakfast was wonderful and everybody was so kind and friendly. Also order food at the hotel it is incredible. I left feeling like family and can’t wait to return.

The owner Enver and his wife were helpful and caring and very good hosts A small but nicely laid out hotel with apartments which were spacious. The swimming pool was nice, clean and safe with a nice open restaurant/bar area close to the pool. Turkish breakfast was excellent!!

My only recommendation would be to include some coffee in the room.

Enver and Adele were what made the experience special. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I loved a particular homemade breakfast item and Adele made an extra batch for me to take with me when we left. That is what I call hospitality. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and well kept. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk from Dalyan centre.

Owners are amazing couple. Friendly, warm and helpful. Felt like a family to us. Good location in quiet place. Tasty Turkish breakfast was served freshly every morning tasty homemade paste separate new love 💕 Freshly cooked omlet, fresh bread, olives, some vegetables. Turkish tea was one of the best I tried. Swimming pool nice and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and the bad very comfortable. The host is very kind, like you meet an old friend. He gave us the best advices for visiting the area. The breakfast was delicious, traditional turkish food and with many types of food. It was just like you want to find a place like this everywere you go. When we’ll get back in this part of Turkey for sure we will come back.
