Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SwitzerlandJust like an old city, the streets are very narrow but you have to just follow the signs. You will always get there.
It is about the location. It’s in the heart of the Old City. Its access to the Old city Port, the Marina, some famous pubs such as Dubb Lin, Edinburgh, the Old tram to the Konyalti beaches is very strategic. It has a panoramic view of the Konyalti beaches that greats you every morning as you partake your breakfast!

CanadaNo AC in the corridors. Tv system is somewhat obsolete. Only few Turkish channels available. The breakfest buffet is limited in choices. When it's hot, the AC of the terrace doesn't provide enough cold air.
Personnel very kind and attentive. The hotel is located in a dead end, away from the noisy places. The terrace has a nice view. Hotel very clean.

GermanyOnly one small blanket to share with 2 persons and the towels were a bit rough. Also the bathrooms of other rooms are connected by airpipe, where it does sound if they were in your bathroom.
Good location, very nice and helpful personnel and good pick-up service at airport upon arrival. Good functioning air-conditioning, good breakfast buffet with amazing view.

United KingdomThis long standing family run hotel is in an excellent site in Kaleici in a small quiet cul de sac, but close to many cafés, bars and restaurants. The noise did carry at night from one loud young persons’ entertainment site, but basically it was very peaceful. The harbour area is also a short walk down hill. The owner speaks English, is always available and runs an efficient establishment. As many places, they provide airport transfers and can advise about and arrange tours Like much of the accommodation, there is no lift and the bedrooms are over several floors, with the breakfast room being on the top floor (enclosed in cold weather and open in hot). This last has a stunning view of the bay and high Toros Mountains, though partly obscured by another building n front of it. There is an excellentTurkish breakfast buffet served by smiling staff. As most places we stayed, the food was not very warm, but varied and plentiful. The stairs are less steep and the handrail more secure than many we had on our holiday. As most hosts, ours carried our cases up and downstairs for us - 2 at a time! We did see one very small single bedroom, but ours was a spacious double with one of the few balconies, though no special view. Ask when booking, if you want a balcony .All rooms are en suite - lovely hot water, and have a/c, TV, fridge, kettle, etc. We found the bed comfortable. We would certainly stay there again when next in Antalya.

The Özmen Hotel was clean and comfortable. They serve a buffet breakfast on the terrace with a good variety of food and great views! Although it is in a busy area of the Old Town it is very peaceful there. The reception is open 24/7 and the provide a laundry service if required. We enjoyed our stay here.

United KingdomHappy with both this stay and my previous one.
I have already reviewed the Ozmen Hotel recently and very positively and do so again. The last part of my recent stay in Turkey, as enjoyable as the first part. A lovely place to be in, in a nice part of Antalya, if obviously touristy. Great breakfasts with a fantastic view of the sea, the coast and mountains. I would stay in the Ozmen again if I went back to Antalya.

United KingdomHappy with everything
I looked at 50 hotels to stay at in Antalya, mostly in Kaleici, and picked this one, a great choice, so glad I made it ! The Ozmen has a delightful location and is charming to be inside. Lovely room. Very good breakfasts with a superb roof top view of the Antalya coast while you eat. The hotel will arrange airport pick-ups. Area round hotel very nice. It takes about ten minutes to walk through Kaleici to a tram stop, either the historic tram or the one going to the bus station or airport. Very helpful people running the hotel. A choice I would recommend straightaway if you are looking for a four night stay in Antalya, in itself a great place.
