Breakfast starts late (8:30) when the days start so early for things like hot air balloon rides

Great location with amazing views over Goreme, two of the mornings we stayed the hot air balloons flew over the town giving perfect views from the main balcony as well as from our room. We stayed in a fairy chimney which was even more special than expected, and naturally stayed cool even on a 31c day. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was quiet most nights as well, with the bar/outdoor lounge not getting too busy

Do not expect a SPA hotel as the name suggests. There is SPA option there but the hotel is not about that. We didn't even see it or get any information about that part.

Room was such a comfortable stay, felt relaxed and warm. The location of the hotel was very close to the main town and many restaurant options around Hotel staff were kind and friendly and were easy to talk to Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely be back to stay again in the future!

🏨✈️ Just got back from the most amazing vacation and I have to shout out this hotel! From the comfy beds to the delicious breakfast spread, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Amazing hotel with helpful personal service , especially Ahmad and lady in the breakfast they are so good person, they are wanna make all guests satisfied with the service. I love it definitely I will be back in that town and I will always choose that hotel🙌❤️🙌

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. The views were out of this world which made it even more special. The cave room in the fairy chimeny were magical and well worth every penny! The staff were incredible very friendly and helped organise all our activities, would highly recommend.

Having a closet in the room would be great.

We stayed there 6 days and in the end of the trip we have decided that the hotel is located in one of the best spots in Goreme.

No restaurant, however so many options within walking distance, so really did not impact. Maybe a bit of variety with breakfast will make a difference, especially when you are staying a few days.

The view was exceptional. Also the little garden, resulted in exceptional photographs . Staff very accommodating. The spa on property was also a lovely treat.

Staff Ahmed, Emir and all the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. We got lots of help booking and rearranging balloons, atv tours, taxis etc and nothing was ever a problem. Location Great location eith beautiful views of Goreme. On a steep hill but it's short and there are restaurants and shops along the way of you cannot manage the full hill at once! Great views but cannot comment on balloon views ad they only flew 1 morning of our stay. Breakfast Food was plentiful, and they called up every morning to check if we were coming down to eat before they closed up! They do not serve lunch or dinner, but there is a bar, and the staff are always happy to give you a glass of local wine! Room We had a cave suite with a bath and the room was lovely and big with a bath and shower and a window looking out over the town. Housekeeping was great and therewas a fire for colder months at an additional charge Cannot comment on the spa as we didn't use it but nice to have the facility there

No aircon in the room and it was very warm.

It is hard to convey how beautiful this setting is. I had a look back at photos and videos of my trip and I am blown away again. The rooms were equally stunning, with coool features as they are built into the caves. The breakfast was superb, the staff are super friendly and the terraces are breathtaking. The beds are also comfortable and the showers are strong.
