There weren't many choices in restaurant menu. Breakfast is only Turkish kahvaltı

The swimming pool is very small. it is in the heart of konak but far away from things to see in the Izmir region (Çesme, Alaçati, Ephese ...)

Breakfast was not pleasing under Corona Conditions.

The hotel is very close to the sea and the buzzing streets on the harbour in the middle of Konak. Staff ist very friendly and helpful, even Corona PCR tests are organized on site.

On our final day, not sure how or why but we smelt quite a bit of cigarette smoke in the room. My daughter is asthmatic so she didn’t appreciate it at all. I assume that some guest lit one up in their room.

Location is close to the promenade. We had a car to move around so this location was good for us. The time we stayed valet was free. Beautiful room, clean, classy.

You need to sign-up for membership to get seamless WiFi. Otherwise you get free WiFi or 1 day and have to reactivate it again the next day. The bathroom design was strange. The shower place is another room, WC is another and wash basin is outside both. There was no garbage bin near the wash basin. They froze 500 TL on my credit card twice. I had booked one single large bed but when I arrived at the property, there were two single beds.

I stayed very much satisfied with the place. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, breakfasts were nice, as well as food at the restaurant on the top - the view is stunning. I had a room with evening Hors d'oeuvre at the hotel’s lounge. The staff there took constant care of me - they kept serving me soft drinks and snacks while I was busy working. It was important to me that there’s place where you can stay and work in quiet too. The WiFi speed was good at all times. The laundry service was fast. The bed and bathrobes super comfy. :) All in all, I’d gladly recommend this place and am going to stay here next time when in Izmir.

Hospitality was great! Room was spacious and everything was exceptionally clean including the restaurant. Everything was sanitized, and packaged neatly. They put in a lot of effort to make guests feel comfortable during these times. Buffet was delicious and everything was fresh, they no longer have self serve options for obvious reasons, but instead staff serve you behind the glass counter to avoid contamination and contact near the food. Room service went above and beyond to make our stay special with a couple freebie items. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!
