Saudi ArabiaRoom cleaning and amenities lacked a bit and the beach was much filled with pebbles. Be sure to get a good pair of beach shoes before you delve into the water.
I would have given it 8 or even less if the facilities were just limited to Sunrise resort hotel but being able to avail everything at Starlight made it worth the price and even exceeded expectations. There are a plethora of restaurants to enjoy from and the entertainment (called as animation in Turkish) events were amazing!

Saudi Arabia1. receptions guys do not speak English 2. i had trouble trying to speak in english to the staff in general from bartenders to house keeping 3. room was in garden house but was not very clean specially the floor. my kid feet looked totally black when he walked inside the room 4. i requested the room floor to be cleaned which they did but unfortunately it was not as expected so room in general was not clean 5. bathroom was not very clean 6. Towels not clean 7. bed was accepted but not as in a 5 starts hotel 8. food is repeated every day 9. timing of breakfast was from 7-9 which was not fare. i wished it would be extended to 10 10. staffshould learn to speak English rather than use Google translate 11. Airport taxi desk inside the hotel near the guest relation office also doest not speak english at all (they should at least know the basics) 12. I paid 65 euro for taxi transfer and when i came to ask for the taxi i saw that the amount wirtten beside my name is 60 euros only not 65 so i felt that i got manipulated !!! 13. guest relation girls were very very super helpful and they were speaking english very good which i liked. 14. When i checked out the hotel theyasked for extra charge for laundry (iron/ pressing) which i expected but as per the paper i filled it should be 5 euros only while the receptionist asked for 8 euros which i paid. 15. prices in the market are very expensive (ex. dress is for 25€ ) !!!! and one guy asked for 79 dollars !!!! 16. Mangolian rest was not acceptable unfortunately 17.

GermanyThe variety of dishes in the main restaurant could be improved. The pool cleaning really disappointed me. Floating glasses during the day and even in the mornings means, that nobody cleaned pools at all... Especially the small pool near the cave - it is a disaster. Sea-sport activities - awful service. And rude. They just killed our desire to try it.
In general, it was good. Beautiful big green area, nice huge beach, good enough rooms and service (special thanks to servers Hakan and Baran from the main restaurant Starlight), interesting various activities. Special thanks to Olga for very professional Yoga and Zumba trainings and to the archery instructor (don't remember his name).

United KingdomThe lack of English was difficult at times when ordering drinks. WiFi was a bit iffy at times. Wasn't sure if or how to leave the complex, as we had no transport. Power and water went off a couple of times with no information.
Food quality and choice was excellent. Lots to do at the resort and entertainment was very entertaining. Pools were great and we could always find a sunbed. The apartments were excellent.

IraqOn booking profile was mentioned that stroller are available and with no additional charge, so I didn't take stroller with me, but upon arrival it turned out not true, and even there was no stroller available for rent, so I had to carry my baby all through the journey. The beach was pebble not sand.
We traveled with family and 2 children, too many entertainment for kids, kids' pools,slides and games were clean and amusing, children had a very good time. wide gardens were amazing for walking, beach areas were clean. Food, beverages, snack were all tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe majority of the pools apart from the main pool at starlight just have hard white plastic sun loungers with no cushion making them uncomfortable and if you’re spending the majority of your day on one this needs to be rethought. The resort is massive as there is 2 hotels combined (starlight and sunrise) so it takes a while to understand how to get around. reception staff barely speak English if you want a comfortable sun longer at the main starlight pool you need to have put your towel down between 630 and 745 after 745 they are all gone

this resort is perfect for the families, we have been here already 2nd time and we will come for sure back. You pay for 1 but can enjoy 2 resorts as they belong to each other. Food was delicious and various, everyday fresh fish and seefood. Pools very clean, sea was perfect for the kids. Room was clean a spacious enough for 3, beds were comfy.

Malta- First day first moment of interaction with staff, we went for a dinner,the waiter came to our table and started to talk without any manner by calling us "bro" & "man". When you go to an hotel like that, you don't expect to be called "bro" from the first moment. - I can say, during my experience 90-95% of the staff was unhappy, and they show it to you as well. There are no kind words, no smile at all not a single professional behavior. When you go for holiday what you expect is a small smiley which we never get. - It's promoted as Ultra All Inclusive, however the best alcohol in the hotel was Jack Daniels, most of the alcohols were branded which we've never heard of our lives. Another story though, one night we went for disco, asked for Jack Daniels, the bartender said "We don't have Jack Daniels here", we said okay no problem, then 10 seconds later, under the bar, he poured himself jack daniels,went on the backside of the bar with his glass and (most probably) drank it by himself. - Wifi connection was the worst, not even able to connect from our room. - The staff in the dining area was singing loudly by themselves, in front of all guests and no managers were interfering at all. - Guest Relations Department was disaster,most of the time we had communication issue in Turkish language (which is understandable as the lady not from Turkey), that's not a big deal. However the behavior, was not really helpful. We asked for 2 small things to help us, one was about the luggage, another one was about a meeting room where we can have proper internet connection and proper table and chair to sit and work for 2 hours. She only said "no, we don't have such a thing", not even trying to help or trying to satisfy us with a proper "NO".
Only thing i like facilities inside the resort.
