The payment was supposed to already be done on line, and we made sure to ask if there's anything the guest would need to check in. They said online that everything is ok and the person checking in only needed their ID and reference number. But they were still asking for the credit card in person (it was paid as a gift, so the credit card was not in person. This is why we checked ahead of time)

Very convenient location in a very beautiful area. The room was exactly what I needed before moving on to my next destination. Comfy bed made it easy to sleep

Not really a complaint. When we came down the stairs to the level the restaurant was, to the right there was a full size, floor to ceiling wall to wall mirror that really made it look like the hallway went to the right. Almost walked into it every time we came down the stairs, lol. We were very tired from a long bus ride.

The Staff is Friendly and helpful, the Value for Price is very good, the Hotel Restaurant is very good. Pool & Sauna are Working, yet the pool was only 20 Celsius but in combination with the Sauna and the cold water was perfect.

I don't think that guests should have to pay to use the pool facilities or sauna as the room is expensive enough. But this isn't a huge issue for me as normally only there for a day or two but it is something that could be improved on for guests.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and it's got one of the best restaurants in Lviv, but it also serves food 24/7 which is extremely convenient, especially during curfew. Staff friendly, room as expected. The restaurant would be the main reason I would stay here as it's very cheap and the food is excellent quality

We booked this amazing place online and made the right choice. Before arrival we were able to exchange messages with the hotel staff and got all our questions answered. Upon arrival we were met by Lilia, a beautiful girl on the reception. She helped us with the accommodation and was so kind to print our boarding passes for our flight to Karlovy Vary. All staff was very nice to us. The hotel was amazing! The decor was eclectic and unique. The room was spacious, bright and comfy with bid bed and marvelous lining. Jacuzzi added lots of fun to our stay! The hotel’s restaurant offered tasty Ukranian food, and the portions were big and looked wonderful. Our compliments to the chief! We love this hotel and definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Everything

The restaurant is simply amazing, if this was outside of Ukraine it would be considered Michelin Star quality food. The staff are fantastic, exceptionally friendly, and helpful, professionalism is refreshing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody that is traveling to Kyiv, as it's in my opinion one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and as for value for money it's truly exceptional. It should be rated as a four-star hotel with a five-star restaurant.

Clean and warm room, perfect and tasty breakfast, good coffee, big bad and blanket, slippers, bathrobe, good sound isolating. Near to train station and the street of Stephan Bandera with city tram line. All of that pros for very good price

The hotel does not have its own recharging stall for electric cars but exactly in front of the Hotel there is a public recharging stall (you have to activate the corresponding app in order to pay and there is an idle fee so beware if you plan to leave the car for the whole night).

The hotel has a problem with locking/unlocking the doors, also they inform you that they hold no responsibility for any items that might be stolen from the room unless they are kept in a safe, however there was no safe in my room. The breakfast was a shame, considering the fact that Lviv is considered to be the capital of gastronomic tourism. The receptionists should be more polite and definitely need more training in hospitality.

It’s very close to the station, the price is quite reasonable, there’s a late check-out option for the half-day price
