The room could be cleaner, the corners of the bathroom & room & heater/AC unit were dirty. They needed a good wipe down.

The property was convenient to the Hwy. the staff were friendly, the linens were clean and there was a microwave & fridge in our room. They gave us coupons to the diner & casino. The free AM tea, Coffee, bagels & yogurt were nice.

The screen was hanging off our window. A screw was stuck under runner and wouldn't close. Maintenance had to force it shut. Dog feces everywhere on the grass. No poop bags available. Side door was broken according to a customer and had been for 3 weeks. Bed was ok.

The two rooms we had were not cleaned well. Greasy smears on desk top, spots needed vacuuming, and bathtub not cleaned out. They were booked full over New Years, so it looked like the cleaning crew couldn’t keep up.

Honestly it wasn't the cleanest, but not terrible. The fridge had a dried spill in it and I wiped the bathroom sink down.

Breakfast was a muffin to go. But if you wanted a full breakfast there was a good restaurant next door in a truck stop.

A muffin does not constitute breakfast. Morning staff was surly, About 1 out of every 4 TV channels had no volume. Smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag.

The location was good and convenient, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did not move hotels because we knew we were not going to spend much time in the room. However I do want to be honest though and tell people. There was a strong smell in the rooms and hallways, possibly some deodorizer to cover up the smell from pets and smoking allowed in the hotel. The breakfast was a joke. It should not say continental breakfast it should say free pastries, first come first serve. There was literally a very small basket of oranges and maybe 6-10 prepackaged pastries per day (if you got down there at 6:30 when they put them out), and it does not get replenished once those 10 muffins/bagels are gone. The smoke detector hanging by the wires from the ceiling was a bonus that somehow I did not notice, and my husband did not point out to me until day 2 of the 6 nights we were there. Honestly the breakfast was probably the most disappointing part for me traveling with my family.

This was a smoking room which I expect will smell, but this one smelled like someone had just chain smoked a pack right before we walked in. Usually rooms are sprayed with a smoke neutralizer…nope not this one. Also there were 2 remote controls for TV and neither one worked. Front desk gave us new batteries but it didn’t work. Had to manually operate the unit. Also, smoking room with no ash tray? Access cards from previous person still in room which makes me wonder how clean the sheets were?! Too tired to care.

Cigarette smoke smell EVERYWHERE. Mattresses are soft but broken down at edges, feel like we were sleeping on incline, fighting not to roll out of bed.

Breakfast was sad. Fruit and pastries to grab and go would be better. Don't even understand the waffles at all. Why?

many of the lights in my room did not work. the carpet seemed like it hadn't really been thoroughly vacuumed.

I really liked the front desk attendant. I forgot her name but she was on duty at 9pm on Friday 5/26 when we checked in. She was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff was really great though...friendly, nice, etc.

There were lots of homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. A man was walking around in the parking lot wearing a large knife on his hip, talking to himself. There is no security in the parking lot or the hotel. The side door to the motel doesn’t require a room key. Anyone can just walk in. We didn’t feel safe so we moved to another motel the next day. The sheets on the bed were all wrinkled.

Chair in the corner had a broken leg. Couldn't cool the room down, even though we followed the directions and used the room card. Room could have used more light, maybe overhead lighting? It seemed pretty dark. Called the front desk to ask for help with cooling the room down, but no one answered the phone.
