The room was dirty, floors sticky, laundry on 1st floor only. All in all a pretty mediocre experience.

Reception wouldn't let me check in 14 minutes early but when i came back 45 minutes later, the room still wasn't ready. No breakfast. Bathroom door was swollen and rotting and wouldn't open all the way.

The beds and pillows were super comfy! Location was very convenient to BWI.

The handle on my bedroom door was held together by duct tape. The handle fell off and stayed on the floor. I told the staff and they said they knew.... no one offered to fix it. The air conditioning in the bedroom sounded like a bad engine, very noisy.

The location was great. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary items for cooking. The fridge was large and the freezer produced ice. The shower head was awesome!

my original room heat was stuck on so it got up to 88 degrees in the room my room phone was broken and I wasn’t switch until the next morning which took 3 hours to do

The front desk employees were kind. The room was a decent size. Water was hot and appliances all worked.

The room was dirty. The furniture was peeling, ripped and gross. The curtains were filthy. It was very loud. I heard every movement upstairs. I turned on the TV to drown out the noise and it kept loosing connection.

For the price this place is not worth it. I was charged 2 times and one time is still pending on my account it’s been 4 days since I’ve stayed there. A total of $1,031.19 is gone for a 2 night stay…I call the hotel and they told me a manager would be in by 3 and will give me a call back. I call at 3:40 and they said a manager won’t be in until Saturday. The staff are unprofessional, the chair was completely broken in our room and staff didn’t care, there was a red stain on the carpet, the curtains don’t close all the way, we were on the first floor by the gazebo and people aren’t supposed to be out there before 10am or after 10pm but everyday we were woken up at 7am by people on there, and they don’t even respond to messages sent to them! When I asked to speak to whoever was in charge when the manager is gone or if I could call a number for a manager that could help, the guy said they don’t have anyone when the manager is gone and the manager is on vacation. I’m disappointed in this hotel stay.

Hotel Staff: The young lady that checked me in was nice at first. But I left the front desk to get my credit card from the car and after I came back she suddenly turned cold and borderline rude. Like Dr Jekyll and Hyde. Cleanliness: As soon as I exited the elevator to my assigned floor, there was a stench. It smelled as though someone had not taken out their garbage for several weeks. The recliner chair in the room was old ripped and worn. Overall appearance was not appealing or comfortable and for some reason did not feel safe. I was not comfortable staying. I returned my bags to the car and found another hotel. I called the next morning approximately 11:35am, to let the front desk know that I would be officially checking out, so that I would not have to pay for a second night - I was told that I would have to pay for both nights. When I let the desk clerk know that I hadn’t even stayed the first night, she told me to hold on, and disconnected the call. I called right back immediately, and no one would answer.

Ada room assigned. I am not in need of Ada accomodations.. Not a fan of the shower drains on floor. Had to use most of the towels to absorb water.

Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Well stocked cafe. Great pricing. Great gym.
