Pool was not cleaned our entire stay (4days). Rooms are dated, staff not friendly

They ask deposit at the reception desk...paid...than we use a cafe and receipts went to the our room. When we leave the hotel didnt paid money back what we have left (deposit minus cafe receipts). They charge even more booking.com. ATM machine doesnt work. My credit card had been blocked while I try to make a transaction in the hotel. Even that...hotel charge my credit card... They not answer very quick... The room doesn't look the same as in the photo.

Room had a big size. Bed had been broke but it had been fixing very fast.

Bathrooms are awful, outdated and not properly clean. The mattress was not comfortable, probably old. The bedrooms say “recently updated” or something like that, but that’s only the built in tv/desk/closet area. Mattress and bathrooms are definitely many many years old…

Avanti hotel is in a great location on international drive near many food and entertainment venues, and has a lovely pool area.

Arcade room should have ac in it was so stuffy. Floors in my room weren’t swept properly but still loved the property.

They assigned someone to my room and they tried to enter and they gave me 2 sets of room keys and neither worked and I had to talk to the manager about it.

Bath house in the pool area didn't have any soap for hand washing. Tub in one of the two rooms was very slow to drain.

Dirty floors in the hotel room. My feet were black after walking 5 minutes. But everything else was clean. Overall, I'm happy, and my family had a great time. The food was good and not overpriced, with a great location, and I would come back. Beds could be thicker but slept comfortably. The Room facing highway gets a little noisy, but I was able to sleep.

It is under “renovation” but that doesn’t account for a dirty floor, and the sink’s under-workings were in plain view (water heater noisy) .

They charge $10 for receiving an amazon package. I think this is very strange and unusual. Breakfast is not included even thought on Booking they say breakfast included. What happens, is that you are given coupons for a "tiny" meal. Even worse, children are not included in these coupons. And even worse, the quality/size of sandwich with coupons is worse than the same sandwich if you buy it directly. The staff are not responsive through Booking messaging system.

The location is very nice! Some of the staff are really helpful.

'Free breakfast' so not worth it. Go across the street to Dennys. You will be so thankful you did. Sheets were a little rough but bed was comfortable. Just don't lean against wall on bed as the mattress kept sliding away.

The pool and hot tub were great. Staff was very kind. Awesome location could walk to many things, icon park and lots of restaurants.

The card had issues almost everyday and we had to walk all the way to the receptionist to get it fixed. Our room was at block 2 and the furthest room from the lobby.

The bed was comfy, space in the room was good. There was a microwave in the room as well.

bedding could be better, bathroom needed deep cleanin, shower head was crusty. towels had a light scent to them. fridge was not cold and too small.

Ok the cons.. when I made my reservation I was upgraded to a "newly renovated" pool side two double bed. upon arrive the "resort" gives more of a fancier motel vibe. (nothing wrong with that)I get to the only elevator (1 per building) the metal strip that the door goes over was lifting. at one point the 1flr button was stuck so it would close the door and reopen, had to push your floor a few times before it would go. The pool view was nice. The "renovated room" I'm not quite sure what the hotel owner considers renovation means but I guess you can say I was expecting a fairly new room. the inside of the door wasn't clean, needed a paint job, the ceiling had a bunch of patches (you could see the fresh paint) the picture on the wall was a cardboard with a picture put into a frame. the beds weren't comfortable (but that's a personal preference, some like soft, hard or in-between) for me due to my back it was ok. there was no comforter, just two flat sheets and a thin blanket. no spare blankets or pillows. we didn't have an ice bucket just the lid, if I really wanted to be picky, the fridge had a lil rust on the bottom. also takes a while to cool anything. plenty of shelves & 4 drawers with an open closet. the sink area is spacious. Great lighting for the ladies. the shower & toilet... the toilet seat was loose and the shower ehh I'm pretty sure had mildew on the grout. it's not a complaint just fyi, the shower is nice, good water pressure, it doesn't have a door, just a glass half way. Was all this a deal breaker? no, if I had to stay again I would but I wouldn't have called my room "newly renovated"

upon my arrival the staff was very friendly, the line was handled quickly, the young man who checked me in was very pleasant & professional, the lobby is nice and smells good, the decor is very cool as well The pool area was great. They had a dj during the day, interacting with the guest by playing games, I was with my grandkids so I didn't experience the pool side bar but did look good. the game room is near. The grandkids loved the pool. The location is great. walking distance to restaurants, shops & entertainment. really cool vibe.

The free breakfast had no flavor at all. Fake eggs. Coffee tasted like it was run through the grounds multiple times. Definitely NOT Starbucks, like advertised. We didn't even use our voucher on the second day. Only 1 cashier, 1 cook, and 1 assistant in the entire cafe. The line was out the door, and took almost 30 minutes to get two coffees and two egg sandwiches. Not their fault. They were working super fast. Just poor scheduling on management's part for a busy weekend.

Awesome location. Could park the car and walk to all of the attractions on I-Drive. Room was good. It's an older resort, so not a 5 star, but still nice and clean. Room appeared to be redone recently. Pool was spectacular. Heated, clean, and with a small cafe restaurant and bar onsite.
