We had a good first day the only thing that during our first actual day of staying in the resort my family and I were out but then came back to our room all nice and clean. But the next morning due to my family and I being on a time crunch we were up and ready to go to just go get breakfast and go we were not able to find the breakfast voucher that was given to us at all. My husband and I checked the whole room and no where to be found at all. We had to leave and go buy breakfast elsewhere due to us having to leaving right away. We believe that maybe room service threw it by accident since we had left it on top of the desk and weren't there that whole day.

Everything was perfect! The room was great for my family and I. Plus the location of the resort was amazing and so close to everything that we had an amazing time! Definitely will come back!

The first room I was assigned had debris on the bed, from the material on the ceiling flaking off. Was then moved to the room next door, and had no further issues.

The room felt modern, as it was recently renovated. The location was pretty good, and being walking distance to Icon Park was a bonus.

Room could have been cleaned better, there was dirt on the floors and marks on the headboard of the beds etc. now I simply cleaned it, no dramas.

Property was clean’ish. The location is fantastic and walking distance to anywhere you’d want. Value for money is great.

I personally liked the hook to attach parking signs from before slightly better. Being able to leave the parking sign on my rear view mirror made it easier to find and easier to keep up with and easier to find. The flat paper ones without a hook were not terrible, but because there was nothing to attach it to they slide in the car when driving and are slightly more difficult to keep up with because of that. That wasn't a huge deal but just a recommendation to use the old parking tags. Other than that things seem to be moving in the right direction from my last 2 visits. It's not perfect, but keep up the positive changes please. Thank you.

This is the first time in 3 years and 3 stays that my room was actually kept clean the entire time. This was the first time my beds were made each night, the towels and rags were replaced with clean ones each day, and the bathroom got cleaned each day. I was expecting to go back to Walmart and grab more cleaning supplies after the first night of my stay, but I was pleasantly surprised that our room was actually treated like a traditional hotel room. That right there made all of the difference in the world! My beds felt comfortable and the pillows were actually fluffed this time as well. Getting to sleep and feeling comfortable knowing someone is helping makes my trip easier. When waking up it is so much nicer to know when I leave I am getting what I paid for service wise and not be stuck having to do everything that I would assume a hotel should do. So that was nice this time. The ease of checking in and out was nice. The experience I hope is something that follows across the board with all rooms and continues this positive trend moving forward. It makes it more likely for people like me to return and recommend this location to the numerous friends and family I have now.

Waited over an hour to check in the room. Pool was dirty. There was no towels to use by the pool to dry off. The room was not clean once we got a room.

The DJ was not there last time I visited there and Ive been there twice- I enjoyed the DJ the 1st time- it was so much fun! The bathroom could have been cleaner. I think if you have a meal voucher at the end and have not utilized it due to one reason or another- it should be exchanged for atleast half the value and not lose out on the whole value that was already paid for previously- I wont do that again!!!

Finding parking near your room is difficult.

Just like the photos. Great facilities, large swimming pool, large and clean rooms. Near the ICON PARK you can walk.I would stay at Avanti International Resort again.

Misleading information, it’s says there is breakfast included and in the end it’s just for two person in the room what with the other kids that on the room? And the breakfast is very poor

The breakfast included is not really worth it. Some places in the facilities did not have a good smell, but that was just specific places.

It was very clean, unfortunately I got a room with an old bathroom that was really small and uncomfortable but overall the rooms were clean and neat. It’s close to parks, restaurants and other places. The staff was nice.

They ask deposit at the reception desk...paid...than we use a cafe and receipts went to the our room. When we leave the hotel didnt paid money back what we have left (deposit minus cafe receipts). They charge even more booking.com. ATM machine doesnt work. My credit card had been blocked while I try to make a transaction in the hotel. Even that...hotel charge my credit card... They not answer very quick... The room doesn't look the same as in the photo.
