Breakfast was monotonous, they should consider getting a deal with FL cafe to provide more varied breakfast. Room should have more storage- rhere was only one bedside table where there should be two, two draws to unpack for possibly 4 people is not enough. They should incorporate chest of drawers rather than console tables for more storage. Lack of mirror in the room, only top body one in the bathroom. Shower gel fixed outside of shower cabin didn't make sense. The air con unit was positioned 50 cm from the bed and therefore made it hard to have a nice sleep without either being freezing cold or boiling hot, plus noise so close to the bed didn't allow for a quiet sleep. Cleanliness was average as well, particularly of bathroom facilities, rusty features.

The location was superb. Extremely close to the beach and local amenities. Value for money.

No window 's that you can open.kind of unhealthy and safety hazard. In case of fire.you can't jump out the window I got sick because of the aircondition.

We had a twin room with 2 double beds and its not huge but was really nicely appointed. Is comfortable for shorter stays but the room with one queen bed is large with plenty of space for longer stays

Excellent quirky hotel in a really great location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Really clean hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast is continental style with a good choice.

Fantastic location. All about location...so close to the beach. The hotel communicates well when you check in about their offers of beach chair, towels . 1 street away from the beach.

I didn't like that there was no business center. Also, for some reason, the elevator was not encouraged for use. Was told that it was mainly a service elevator and that it sometimes gets stuck. Small room with no chair or table.

I liked the providing of towels, beach chairs and breakfast. I appreciated one of the desk agents printing something for me. Loved the location to the beach and that they provided free luggage storage. There were a few requests that I made, and they were attended to in a timely manner.

- The bathroom could have more space to keep your stuff organised - Food for breakfast lacked warm meal options (the only thing warm was toast and warm milk), but it's not a big problem for a short stay

no parking close by. there is parking very close but not realistic since it’s always full. the parking structure on 16th street is not too far but quite inconvenient to have to walk 10-15min to get to the car.

Second time staying here. super convenient south beach location , can walk everywhere. great breakfast, friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Good value for location and breakfast included.
